Nice, easy recipe with a good result. However, did I hear Miyoko say that her rice miso had no soy? Unless you are talking about chickpea miso, even rice miso has some fermented soybeans in it. I will wait to be corrected if I am wrong about this. Thanks.
Cashews are the most subtle on the palate. It would be similar to the idea of milks - some people like almond and some prefer rice or cashew. Totally up to your taste!

After fighting tracking blocker (and browser) for ten minutes to get something run (there are more than 80 connections to trackers) I disabled everything and website played me ad but not the actual video. I could only watch because I've found it on CZcams. Do you really need 5 CDNs and 10+ "analytics" networks? It slows everything down a lot and I don't really want to open it again.
You guys should have never got rid of super taster he was the only thing you guys had going now your channels dead I reccomend you get someone like him again if not the numbers are gonna keep dropping 300 thousand followers and only 1000 views per video lol joke

I'm wondering if you can substitute peanuts or another inexpensive nut for the cashews, the bring the cost down.

I make cheese at home with raw sunflower seeds or blanched/peeled almonds. It does alter the taste a bit, but still delicious
