  • Even though it's a lengthy process, I loved learning how to make chocolate from cocoa beans. The freshly roasted cacao beans smell just so heavenly. 🤩 I've explained how to make chocolate in lots of details on my blog, check this post:

The other day my husband told me that his grandma would go pick some wild cacao and ferment it and make a bitter cocca drink which she drank like coffee. As a kid he found the drink to be bitter and disgusting so he never learned to make it.
So much culture gets lost. I believe that this was his Black Carib grandma.

The way to make it really is you open up the cow thing.Whatever the heck is cold, then you take out the seeds for met them for 7 days after they're done fermenting. Then you cook them or Rose them whatever you want to call it in the oven.I don't know how long and then after that, you grind the seeds and stuff up and then you add, like other stuff to it.I don't know if fully how to make it, but then you add stuff to it.And then you get your chocolate and then you like and freezer whatever you want to do with it
