The other day my husband told me that his grandma would go pick some wild cacao and ferment it and make a bitter cocca drink which she drank like coffee. As a kid he found the drink to be bitter and disgusting so he never learned to make it.
So much culture gets lost. I believe that this was his Black Carib grandma.

Actually, of you don't add any sugar it's not chocolate, it's just cocoa
Yes
it would still be considered chocolate
100% dark chocolate
False, it would be pure supreme chocolate
Yes it’s nasty and if you say you enjoy it your lying
you have a banana leaves there...
Yes, I tried to do it in an authentic way.
Was it bitter?
Yes
You can make milk chocolate. This is dark chocolate
The way to make it really is you open up the cow thing.Whatever the heck is cold, then you take out the seeds for met them for 7 days after they're done fermenting. Then you cook them or Rose them whatever you want to call it in the oven.I don't know how long and then after that, you grind the seeds and stuff up and then you add, like other stuff to it.I don't know if fully how to make it, but then you add stuff to it.And then you get your chocolate and then you like and freezer whatever you want to do with it
this is BS 30sec video. if u want to learn. listen to a long detailed videos. this short clip is edited and not detailed. its just for the views lol.
