Making a tanto knife from a car shock absorber

Good day!!
This knife is a "TANTO" knife made from the cylinder of a car's shock absorber.
A full-tang handle is used, which is different from the common style.
The full-tang handle is designed for rough use environments and can be used even if the handle is damaged.

Another nice knife for your collection.....A little hint for you. when you are drilling holes, spray the hole with CRC or WD40, this will help your drill bit stay sharp, and make drilling the hole easier.

you have come along way keep up the good work. Might I make a suggestion. when you put scales on a knife grind the front end at a 45 degree angle, I have seen this done many times and it gives a more finnished look to the knife. Must be done befoee the scales are put on knife.
