- How to make a super easy and quick orange cake. Simply put everything away and mix it up, this recipe is that simple. A very quick recipe that can be prepared in no time.
This orange cake is very moist and tender. This is my all time favorite recipe. Please your family and friends with this delicious orange cake and let me know in a comment how you liked it.
Recipe:
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (120 g) of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Beat everything together for 3-5 minutes
Add 7 tbsp (100 g) butter
Peel 1 orange and add to the mixture
Juice 1 orange and add to the mixture
Mix everything together
1¼ cups (200 g) of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and add to the mixture.
Mix everything together. Don't overmix.
Pour the batter into a 9 x 5 inches (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan
Bake in the preheated oven at 340 F (170 ° C) for 45 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.

Perfect cake.. I made syrup ( 200ml water, 150g sugar and few orange slices boiled few minutes) and put on top of it when i took it out of the oven at the end, was perfect :)
Made this cake for an after prayer gathering tonight. All gone!! And asking for more. Moist, sugar balanced, yummm...orange perfectly cooked at the bottom. Thanks a ton

Today i made 2 loaves and they turned out so fine. the longer it stays in fridge the more tasty it gets. we ate the 1st loaf with coffee and are saving the 2nd for tomorrow or tonight :)

I tried this recipe and it was great ..only thing I didnt like is that the oranges slices were a bit too bitter lol..bit I definitely trying this again🙌🏽
Cake turned out really good. I made the sugar free version with stevia. Just the bottom was really bitter due to orange slice , better to skip that or just use pulp without the rind and seeds.
