Saw blades are expensive! Protect your investment!

I built a saw blade storage box out of scrap plywood to prtoect my new dado blades. The saw blades came in a cardboard box and that just wont work for me. Simple project took only an afternoon to build and sholud last a lifetime.

Thank you for this. I feel spoiled. I have built a few boxes like this for dado and a box cutter blade. Usually open without a lid.

Do you suggest predrilling the holes for hing screws ?
