Do you mean not even the studio can be bought with 6 million dollars???? Who did the NHT buy the land from? These organizations seem cruel to me. In today's world of innovation, the NHT cannot provide a unit where their minimum loan can purchase. I do not believe they care, while sixty people in this country are about to be made into instant millionaires with 200% salary increases.😭

I do believe the NHT now offers up to 8.5 mil per individual.
@@markmurdock1941 Yes as of July 1st NHT will be offering a single contributor up to 8.5 mil for purchase on the open market and up to 15 mil to 2 persons for a joint loan for open market purchase. Please note this not a open market unit. This is a NHT scheme unit, individuals can get up to 100% financing for NHT scheme units based on their affordability.

Hi Lorna, this batch of 47 is only for NHT. However the entire development should be 1650 units and 825 of them was said to be for HAJ which would allow private buyers to purchase. To date though HAJ has only release 50 of their 825, so I am unsure of what is happening with them.
