Building a bedroom bathroom and kitchen for my Mother on her house. Her bedroom alone is bigger than that with her walkin closet, so far we have spent near 1.8 million dollars. We have the roof to put on and 70% of the material is ready. We are looking to reach 2.5 million when its finished.

Question: Are you allowed to build a fence around your property both at the front and the back because it seems even those from last year are not yet fenced?
I am not sure for the front, but definitely for the back. Its difficult for most people after they have acquired a low income house....but they usually do later.
I wanted to apply but the courage was not within me. The probability of me getting one is 1 out of many plus in Jamaica you have to have some connections.

You should always apply. I don't think the connections work with the NHT. You don't stand a chance if your application is not made.
