Safety is the reason I won't be using NMC in my EV conversion. I was considering LiFePO4 but the poor cold temperature performance and low charge rate are a hindrance. Lithium titanate has great power performance but I need a little more voltage & energy density. I think the best compromise for many people is sodium ion. Even now its energy density is moving towards LFP. Cold temp performance is excellent and C rates are good. Please consider supplying sodium ion cells 🙏
NMC pouch cells are garbage and should've never being made. No amount of advantages can overshadow complete lack of safety. Those cells are a time bomb.

Lithium pouch cells are indeed cheaper per mAh compared to lithium in the cylinder 18650 cell form factor.
