- Pull-Apart Chilli-Garlic Bread! It’s garlic bread but…. BETTER!!!✨
Garlic bread is a popular favourite and these Chili-Garlic bread rolls are here to satisfy your cravings! Super soft bread with a buttery chili-garlic chutney rolled up within😋 The chutney is amazing all by itself too; I used to make it as a side- just eat it with rotis, it’s yum! This is designed as a pull-apart tray of rolls. So bake, slather it with melted butter, and serve! It looks appealing and smells like garlic heaven😂

A large bunch of fresh Coriander, chopped fine
Salt to taste
Crushed or powdered Peppercorns, as desired
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Grated Cheese (later; not in the chutney)
Milk with some sugar for brushing before baking
Melted butter for glazing after baking
Oven-baked:
Baein a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Glaze with melted butter soon after baking.
Stove-top baked:
Heat a large vessel with salt/sand at he bottom. Place a stand in the centre. Preheat it for 10 minutes on high flame.
Place the garlic bread tray on the stand. Cover and bake for 20 minutes on medium-to-high heat, then open and glaze with melted butter. Then cover again and cook for another 20 minutes.

One doubt...is it possible for me to bake ordinary Bread and Bun in the same manner as shown here. How many minutes it will take to get cooked Bread and Bun ...

Hi Sanjeev!
Hope you’re week has gone by well! So glad that I could put up a recipe you could enjoy😄
Yes, you can use the same ingredients to make a regular bread loaf/bun. Only the kneading method the second time is a little different, because the way you knead it determines the texture and appearance of the cut slice. But it doesn’t make much of a difference. You can go ahead and bake!
