      It’s a common misconception na pag x cosine tapos pag y sine. Mas tama na cosine ung adjacent tapos sine pag opposite the given angle. For example nakadikit ung angle sa vertical, ibig sabihin ung component adjacent sakanya (ung vertical component) makukuha mo using cosine.

Naintindihan ko yung mga hindi ko naiintindihan before lalo na sa tamang application ng sine at cosine sa horizontal and vertical components (which is yung adjacent ang cosine at opp yung sine) at nagbigay kaalaman at kaliwanagan lalo sa pag aaral ko ng statics ngayong sem.     16:14 I'm a bit confused with the method you used in getting the summation of forces y (vertical). You use cos, instead of sin. Could you please elaborate how you do the summation of forces? It'll be big help to me right now. Nice lectures you have there!

      2. Iaasume mo xa. Pag negative nakuha mo ibig sabihin lang nun baliktad ung una mong assumption.

      cos = adj/hyp
      sin = opp/hyp
      I'll try to explain pa rin po kahit super late na haha. Sub hypotenuse to the force na hinahanap.
      For example @point A, Force AB, may components siya na Fx at Fy.
      Pag nagsum of Fx, FABcos30° ang gagamitin because adj yung Fx component ng AB.
      cosØ = adj/hyp
      sub given--> cos30 = Fx/FAB
      Cross multiply; Fx = FABcos30
      For Fy, sin because opposite yung Fy component. SinØ = opp/hyp
      ; sin30 = Fy/FAB
      Fy = FABsin30°
      Try po balikan yung Components of Resultant Force system sa statics of rigid bodies if nalilito pa rin. Fighting!

    Sir correction lang po i think in joint b, the second equation should be equals to -80. If im not mistaken but still, you arrived at the right answer

      -50 bro kasi divided by 2 both side to make the 1/2 as 1 and Multiply the -30 by 2 and the result is -60 and subtract the 110 which is 50 then transpose the 50, that's why it's -50. Sana makatulonG bro 😉

      All triangles have interior angles that add up to 180Âș. As in matic po na 180° total ng angles loob. Right triangle is 90°, while 30° is given. 180 - 90 - 30 = 60°

      Sin=opp/hyp, ang opposite sa angle is yung horizontal line or x
