      Ciao! Sono felice che tu abbia trovato il mio commento interessante. Per rispondere alla tua domanda, dipende dalle tue esigenze e dal tipo di attività fisica che svolgi. In generale, consiglio di fare un po' di attività fisica ogni giorno, anche solo 30 minuti di camminata o esercizi leggeri. Tuttavia, se fai attività fisica più intensa o hai un programma di allenamento specifico, potrebbe essere sufficiente farlo 2-3 volte a settimana. Ricorda sempre di ascoltare il tuo corpo e trovare un equilibrio che funzioni
