You don't see stuff like this today, pro players coming out to teach kids they usually just turn up for some charity events or the odd sponsored event to watch and be interviewed.
This was the old united structure everyone from
Canteen to top office knew each other. It's part of the reason the class of 92 did so well. We need that back also but some real talent but that philosophy of a family kind of club . It really makes a difference . 👍Think that philosophy is back now but we need to keep it . Wherever we finish next season this kind of thing is what I love about my club. 👍

Probably lost motivation to play or gave up. That’s what happens when you become a teenager. I know a guy who was a ridiculously good tennis player at 11 years old. Now he’s about 15 and completely given up. Most people give up sports during their teen years unless they are really determined and love the sport. Danny Welbeck is and exception here I guess.

The stuff these players teach is pointless in terms of technique the youngsters are better but its just a motivational thing I guess.
I would love to see the English teams teach the kids more about tactics and positioning from an early age rather than things they are naturally gifted with.
