    Katy ISD is great if your kid is “normal”. My kid was bullied, to the point of near suicide. The school did NOTHING to stop the bully. As per law, the bully should have been moved to another school. They did not. We left TX after that year.

      Hehe I bought the model in weston Elliott fantastic house 3200 sq ft and backyard is 9000 sq feet of grass and cost was $675000 with builders upgrades 😅

      You don’t, I’m conveying information the developer has published, however it can be subject to change. We have seen many developers change plans. It’s never ideal but it has happened.

      Depends on the house size, I have a 3550 sqft home and think we spend about $1200-$1500 per year but it may have gone up

      I have liked the developments of theirs that I have been in, but like most developments, it’s different when you actually live there. I don’t think any development is perfect, I have heard good and bad things about every development in Houston. And unfortunately it’s usually the negative voices that are the loudest. So overall I like the communities they have created, but that’s not to say that their communities don’t have some cons.

      The tax rate is still 3.5% regardless of price you 100,000 dollars tax reduction still taxed at 3.5%. So please don’t lie to people just to sell a house smh

      Smh…wow you are stupid. One, I am no sales person just an accountant. School tax rates will go down and the homestead exemptions will increase. Most everyone will see a tax cut. The 3.5% you mentioned, can you break that rate down for me please? Then let me know how the new law applies there. I already know it…
