I’m looking at Houston suburbs in areas that I’m hoping don’t flood, get hurricanes or tornadoes.
Lol😂…I may have to leave the state!
I’d love a near by community college and hospital. Which suburbs have Community colleges? I’m mostly looking at Montgomery, Conroe and Cypress. BTW, I am a California licensed Realtor.

I’d look in Conroe, come join our team! We have lone star college, Sam Houston medical school, and 5 major hospitals within 5 miles, lake Conroe, the national forest and right next to all the shopping in the woodlands

I’m actually not sure. I would think there are some apartment complexes that would accept this. I would find one you like online and call them and ask their specific policy.
