The first race of the European part of the calendar has arrived. And this race will be far from straightforward as plenty of teams have arrived at the track with numerous upgrades. But that isn’t all as there are plenty of changes to the track and the rules this upcoming weekend making the race a different beast for the drivers. And some of the drivers won’t be too happy about these changes. - Zábava
I just love the "old school" tracks. More please.
Ya me too i hate Tilke designed track, so boring and badly designed and slow.
The penalties are applied so inconsistently they don’t work. Add to that you can save a penalty to be added to your racetime at the end and you have people who’ve been ‘punished’ ruining other people’s races.
If there was gravel everywhere you would have far fewer people driving off track. Failing that, how about if all 4 wheels are off the track it should be an automatic drive through penalty. That would soon stop it. As for having to have stewards monitoring each car constantly, that is a joke of an excuse. The amount of data collected and monitored by the F1 teams shows how easy it would be to monitor remotely using sensors (and then video review to be certain).
If the rules are clear, accurate and consistently applied to all what’s the downside - you can no longer manipulate the outcome of a race (or championship…)
The FIA is out of control. Everyweek they come up with something that's annoying. Let them race. You have the rules the drivers abide by.
Get your own life together pal
Penalty discussion should be like this, imo: +10sec, +20sec, drive thru pits, stop & go pits, DQ.

So, we can say goodbye to the new streetcircuits…. Yes!
This becoming ridiculous. I like Sainz, but saying that Checo should be penalised for missing the turn makes me very confuse. Where do we put the limit then ? With this reasoning, every time a pilot blocks a wheel while breaking should be penalised ?
I think the FIA should have a 5 second penalty for being so inconsistent 🤷♂️ ont the other hand ✋️ the gravel replacing the tarmac run-offs , good cus most drivers push to the limit which causes ill feelings so it'll keep em in check a bit 🤔
Sainz almost stopped dead mid corner
Like cmon dude
Let’s add gravel traps, instead of tarmac, so a spinning car has much less traction, hits the barrier much harder, or maybe digs in and flips over. Yeah, let’s do that…
Do you want to buy some bubble wrap?
I think they should limit the cars to 30mph. Can’t be too safe.
This is putting lipstick in a pig. These narrow tracks (just wait til the borefest of a dry Monaco race) are not suitable for these massive cars. Blocking another car is far too easy, gravel traps won’t change it, and actually make blocking even easier.
Look how exciting MotoGP is, when the machinery is much smaller compared to the track width…. there the racing is far more exciting, deliberate blocking is much more difficult, and multiple lines through a corner allow for an overtaker to show their race craft.
just let them race.. ffs
Well, they might drive on the race track now as they should have been......... after all, they are supposedly the best drivers. 🏎💨💨💨🍻 ....there's to much individual interpretation as it is now, this could cause major off course fighting.
Turn your email off when recording your video. Real annoying hearing that noise. Or are you doing that on purpose to show everyone how many emails you get.
What email noise are you talking about? The radio noise from the quote from the drivers?
FIA continues to act like we haven’t been racing for 70 + years. No respect for the lessons from the past. Just make it up as you plod along!
Sainz forgets he’s a Spaniard so obviously he’s gonna be penalized harder
Seems F1 becomes too fragile.
Can’t apply legal road rules further on the track .
It’s bloody racing !!!!
It sounds like F1 is going down the same road as the rest of the world.
Everybody is a victim; it's not my fault; punish the other guy.
I'm not saying we don't need rules, but.
