- It was another disastrous & embarrassing outing on the polo field for the Meg & Harold. Meghan Markle once again wore an over the top, ill fitting dress and was the ONLY one wearing heels (which were WAY too big for her to boot). She couldn't even walk! Today's fashion edition breaks down the look, and that alone was terribly embarrassing but on top of that, she had another super awkward trophy moment. Was it peak cringe? You tell me. Meghan for no apparent reason handed out the trophy and then bossed the other women around on stage, terrible optics, bad idea, not surprising in the slightest. Also in today's video; the black dress for the dinner reception & why it is so important to know your role.

That wasn't just any lady, that was Dr Sophie Chandauka, who is a Co-founder and Current Chair of Sentebale. Who does Meghan think she is, bossing about this important, educated, charming lady?
....Aaaand she is African, a Zimbabwean, actually.
Typical of mm, she think no one is as smart or as pretty or as important as her-so of course SHE would know better and tell anyone she wants what to do or where to stand. 🙄
My view was that Dr Sophie Chandauke, as Chair of Sentebale, should have been the one on stage presenting the trophy, as it would have given her the chance to make a small speech to thank everybody. Also, I read else where that Harry wasn't the team captain (could be wrong)
She thought she was greater than HMTQ, she thinks she's on par with presidents. Her ego has no bounds and both her and Harry look down on everyone. Even though they're less educated, intelligent, hard working, productive, successful and taented than everyone in the sphere that they see themselves in.
I hope they will not allow M to attend it next year.

Not just the heels either. That dress isn't really appropriate for day wear, let alone day wear worn to a sports event. It's the cut-out bits that make it so, because they're generally linked to evening glamour wear..
She often gets the day-time/night-time/appropriate to the event etiquette wrong and it has on one occasion resulted in yet another claim of racism.
I think it was in the Netflix series that Harry spoke of the criticism MM got for wearing an off-the-shoulder style to a royal event but when Catherine wore an off-the-shoulder style the response was positive. He said something along the lines of "if you can't see it, (racism) then I can't help you".
What Harry didn't grasp - and after a lifetime in the RF, he really should have - was that MM wore her dress to a daytime formal royal event, whereas Catherine wore hers to an evening social event. Two very different scenarios.
Another question....why does everyone let Markle get away with these antics???

She's been called out all over social media about this. The fact that this footage made it out into the public domain indicates someone on her team HATES HER! LOL! Neil Sean posted a video recently re: the Meg being irate that this clip was released, because it shouldn't have been, for obvious reasons & she is apparently on the warpath to find who is responsible. Considering this narcissistic bully goes thru staff like most women go thru bras, whomever it is, has likely already quit. Harry was said to be very angry with her & were heard arguing afterwards. This story has been confirmed by at least 3 other very reliable royal news sources. This behavior was absolutely not what she needed exposed right now, when she is trying so hard to clean up her image & while she's trying to establish a new lifestyle brand with an IG acct that as of today only has 630K followers after a month & that is extremely humiliating for someone with the global name recognition she has & even worse, 20% of this # have been proven to be fake followers/bots, that she likely bought. EMBARRASSING!

The thing that makes me dislike the Meg so much is the fake advocacy for women when she clearly loathes and is threatened but any other woman. And also her inability to read any situation and dress accordingly. I’ve seen this same dress on Abigail Spencer so she probably borrowed it which may explain it seeming ill fitting.

She did say a great-grandmother on her dad's side was Maltese and for a magazine to pay for a trip where she "connects to her heritage" and they write articles about it, but it turns out the great-grandmother had Irish parents who were traveling and just happened to be in Malta when their baby was born. So her dad's side continues to be Very Irish genetically.
There was no logical reason to have the lady move away from Harry and, in fact, the photo would have looked more balanced and aesthetically pleasing if she had stood next to Harry as she intended to. Meghan, yet again, messed everything up. She just made the whole photo shot look awkward and clunky. Nothing Meghan has done or does makes sense.

The reason she was up there was because it was being filmed to make content for "H's" polo Netflix thing and she can't let him be in anything by himself.
I read today that Polo thing is cancelled because Hawwy is not actually a member, just a guest.
TOW believes her shoulders are her best feature, she cannot prevent herself from showing them off. The dresses and tops she selects widen her shape and accentuate her boxy figure, almost to a point of masculinizing her.

As a side note - notice how often the logo for one of the sponsors is repeated because it has the word 'Royal' in it. Nothing to do with Royalty, just a whisky manufacturer, but kind of gives the impression this was more than just a charity match.

As an English woman your inclusion of the cricket field of places it would be inappropriate to wear heels like that gave me a physical reaction, no, no, just NO. Like most of the world most Brits don't understand the game or would be interested in watching it but it is somehow woven into the fabric of our culture and trust me should her stilettoed foot touch the field or (heaven forbid the pitch) the reaction would be immediate, instinctive and not even the British section of the Sussex squad would be able to justify such an atrocity nor honestly condemn the response.

I have broad shoulders as well, but I'm 5'10", have a long torso, and a well defined waist. More importantly, I know what works on my body type and what doesn't.

As well as the audio of her bossing the lady, the waving of that hand and the finger pointing was disgraceful. The other guests at the dinner were more casually attired, so she looked overdressed and there was a centred pic of her back view…it looked huge, accentuating those very wide shoulders and not at all flattering.
Rachels torso is so broad and no hips, her neck very short, the heels are always to high for such a little woman. Rachel always needs to be in the center of the picture. The way she told the CEO of the organisation to move under the trophy is gross, no manners, so shame. The handholding is because she needs someone to holdon because of her big heels. Rachel handed out the trophy so that it wont look to awkward posing for the foto afterwards, because she was already there and didn't have to storm to the stage to pose, like she normally does.

The lady that she made move is involved with Sentebale. The polo match was benefitting Sentebale. The third lady was also involved with Sentebale. The photograph should have been H in the middle with the Sentebale ladies to either side and NO MM at all. But NOOOOOOO... MM has to be center stage in all situations, so there you go.

I’ve seen those pictures as well of Abigail in that dress and TOW did her self no favors by borrowing it. I honestly didn’t recognize it on TOW, but I did like it on Abigail. It just goes to show how dresses and fashion are not a one size fits all.

I think she's cos playing the late Diana, Princess of Wales again. There is a very old picture/footage of Diana handing King Charles (Prince of Wales, as he was then) a trophy after a polo match and they kissed afterwards, in the days when Royals didn't show much public displays of affection. So it 'went viral' as we now say. I bet she's seen that and is copying it. When I saw it, that’s the first thing I thought of. I'm showing my age here!😁❤🇬🇧

My first impression of the dress is that there is too much going on: turtle neck, big bow in back, cut out, and the low start to the pleats didn't seem to really do that much to enhance the overall silhouette.
I think I see a shadow of nipples and clearly the skirt is much too sheer should have had it tailored and lined

Meg had to give the trophy to Harry because she was imitating Princess Diana. Everything Meg does just goggle it and you will find that Princess Diana did it first. I goggled “Princess Diana kisses Charles at polo match” and it came up. Diana was giving Charles a trophy and kissing him just like Meg did. She truly is crazy.
I think it was more she did not want the head of the charity next to H as the trophy would move away from her to H. She would not be the focal point of the photo without the trophy

Dr Chandauka is a scientist in medicine.
Those were the three reasons for Megsy to bully her.
Megsy wasn't rude, she was bullying as she always does with women she doesn't like.

She moved the lady so she couldn't be cropped out of the photo

Dr Sophie Chandauka should have presented the trophy. She is the head of the Sentebale charity, after all. Of course, it always has to be the Rachel show. She takes over anything that is Harry's, just like she has with the Invictus Games, and they have both destroyed that. It's no longer about the veterans and all about Rachel.

Why does she wear too big shoes? So it's the only question I've never had answered. Why I have worn shoes that are too big The blisters I get are enormous the same as if the shoes small. What are her feet made out of concrete? Why? Why? Why does she do this?
I thought the polo outfit was a mess. I'm surprised you didn't have an issue with her ponytail being all tangled up in the huge bow. I think an updo would have looked better with the bow.
The dress was so inappropriate. Maybe a pool party at the neighbors but not at a public event for the world to see. When she grabbed Harry to leave it almost showed certain parts. She knew that would happen. She wants to almost flash certain parts to put people in an uncomfortable position. She's a narcissist. It's a control thing. She's boss.
I saw nipple in one of the photos. Quite saggy too. Should have had the top tailored to fit and the entire thing lined
She should have had a slip underneath-maybe she was trying to emulate Diana in an early photo at the preschool she worked at.
She can never get it quite right, it’s delightful.
Where is the value in wearing shoes, especially high-heeled shoes, that are too large for your foot? It can’t be comfortable walking in them again especially, on grass. I can understand wanting a heel to make you taller and your foot elegant but to spoil the effect by slopping around in a too large shoe is simply ridiculous.
If she has bunions, a larger shoe will likely give more width in the toe box. Bunions + pointed toe shoes = painful feet. I have a bunion on my right foot and high heels have been off my fashion list for about ten years.
I guess we'll get to see this footage again when Harry's Polo film comes out.

The fact that Dr Sophie had to duck under the trophy to accommodate Meghan's instructions is bad. Harry could easily have let go of the handle for a brief moment to let her change position, but no he just stands there gormless. Meghan has no sense of decorum or class, she’s constantly focussed on herself. You’re right Beebs, there should have been someone up there choreographing the photo line-up, avoiding the unnecessary confusion about who stands where. I wish someone would put Meghan in her place by rebuking her for interfering. Luckily there wasn’t a mic on stage because Meghan would have grabbed it for dear life! The only reason that never royal woman went is because she wanted her pictures taken. Polo is an opportunity for awards and photos.

Why is Megsy the one handing the trophy to Harry, directing people where to stand, shoving her way in front of people and behaving in rude and bizarre ways? Because it's ALL about her ALL the time. Every road leads back to Megsy. Nobody else matters. She wanted to be QUEEN OF THE WORLD when she joined the Royal Family. This behaviour will never end. Her narcissism won't allow it.
