Service has improved now if u want immediate fix visit experience centre directly and get issue sorted.

*Bro u forgot to show the fuse, Which is basically to protect any Short circuit, but that's the reason of many complaints by the users, Some carbon deposit / lossening of fuse makes tge scooty useless, the scooter becomes totally dead , & user gav to tow it to the service centre!* 😢

First of all, I like your humbleness and really a God gift voice you have.
It's not Ola's engineering! Ola purchased the Dutch startup Etergo BV. They had manufactured the Etergo AppScooter. Ola made minor tweaks to it. You can clearly tell that it wasn't built for Indian roads/weather by the single fork suspension and the lack of a cooling system.
We can't credit Ola for building the scooter, however we can credit them for shrewd business acumen in acquiring that startup at a time where there was a gap in the market and demand for electric 2 wheelers.
Agar ola nahin hoti toh mein e-bike kharidne ki sochta bhi nahin 😂

So u mean to say u had taken ride of Etergo AppScooter and can confirm that it was exactly same as ola scooter with just minor tweaks..

I wish you also took into considering the most important aspect which is safety. This is a highly unsafe scooter which was never designed for the Indian roads. It was never tested properly and released into the Indian market. Just look at the placement of the rear wheel, rigidity of the front shock absorber, braking system, heat management, etc.
Nothing wrong with the rear wheel placement
Front shocker is one of the best
To defame OLA some people propogated false info about it.
