Sad attempt to hang the murder on Collin. He may be a cheater, but that doesn’t make him a murderer. This attorney is trying to string nonsense together and hoping the jury falls for it…because he has nothing else to work with.
"Oh man, my client was buried by evidence, what do I say!? Uh... uh... OH! Social justice is popular with the young peoples nowadays, let me just go on rambles connecting this case to that!"

Honestly I respect this guy callin out the police department. Lot of lawyers will try to be overly polite & not ruffle any feathers but this guy is calling them incompetent & I’m glad. I would hope that the police would not cut corners & take the easy road when it comes to homicide. One person is dead & someone is going to sit in prison for life.
Also the cop yelling at the lawyer because his feelings are hurt is hilarious. You’re a cop. It’s a tough job but you also need to have tough skin. Instead of yelling at the lawyer for doing his job maybe instead of yelling like a little kid he should put that emotion into making sure he can sleep at night knowing he did everything he possibly could to check every single piece of evidence. When you’re gambling with peoples lives you better make sure you’re not just going with whatever seems easy & convenient.

The defense made GREAT arguments. The people are just too stooped to understand that. I mean I get that they've never been on debate team but it's not that complicated.
1) Youre given a set of facts
2) You evaluate the legal constraints and resulting jeapordy.
3) Then you're tasked with making the best arguments in favor of your client’s position.

Spot on! The defense team have done a great job given the facts and a mountain of damning evidence they had to work with. However, they were completely speechless and mind blown by the sentence of 90 freaking years. They weren’t prepared for that, nor was the Armstrong family.
