- PORN seems to be "a given" for men. Pre-marital sex the norm amongst young adults because everyone does it. Casual sex is fun and fulfilling without the drama and emotional attachment of committed relationships. Self pleasure is a "safer" way to experience sexual climax without the risk of getting STDs or hurting others.
These are all lies! Lies that a lot of us have been made to believe in our younger years.
The truth is there are effects, there are consequences to these sins, to our own bodies, minds and those of others outside of ourselves - they too can be hurt. Our past sexual sins do have and will have an effect on our relationships, present or future partners. Our marriage and spouses are not excluded. This is the reality of reaping what we sow. BUT there is hope. It can be overcome.
On this video, Mikki shares his experience how he has successfully overcome his struggle with pornographic images and also those of his former sexual partners. What practical ways he took and continues to observe to safeguard his marriage; as well as the power of the gospel to cleanse his mind from such dishonorable images.
Bettinna on the other hand shares her perspective as a wife- how God allowed her to approach the issue differently, as well as how to respond as the God given help-mate should her husband fall again in the future.
Mikki and Bettinna pray that this video will give you hope that no sin has too strong a hold in your life that God's power cannot rescue you from. There is power in the name of Jesus. He renews. He restores. He heals. There is hope for all of us.

I had the same addiction before. Porn. I know it's so hard to overcome that but nothing is impossible sa grace ni God. Prayer and research really helps. Since I love scientific literature lalo na sa psychology, dun ako dinala ng Diyos to overcome that vice. Repentance is really key, God is gracious to all of us who repents. 2018 since I last viewed that type of media and I never looked back. Glory to God! May God grant you healing! You can do it through God's mercy!

Thank you for this. This was the reason why I loose the Man i love. :( I love him so much but we cant continue our relationship because of this sin. In order for me to protect my daughter. I needed to protect myself first. If I truly love him I need to set him free, us free from sexual sins
