- On the 2nd and final part of the HIStory of BeKki, we recount the funny story of how we became official and how God tested our hearts before giving us His blessing through my Dad. You see my Dad, being naturally protective was hesitant to meet Mikki and for 3 seemingly long months, we thought our prayers were falling on deaf ears. Until God in His most perfect time allowed the two to meet and give His blessing for us to marry right away.
Two things that made us sure we were God's best for one another, yes despite the short time of getting to know one another- 1. our parents' blessing and 2. the Lord not adding any sorrow to our dating relationship.
Finally, we share our thoughts on marriage and what truly must be celebrated in a wedding.

Starting the day I become a solo parent I knew and accept that there’s a high percentage that I will be closing that door of my dream walking down the aisle, but hearing Ms. Bettina’s testimony it lifted my hope na “baka naman” if it’s God’s will. Then nagpop lang yung vlog niyo ng Part 1, after I watch Part 2 and the proposal for Gummy. After watching that 4 vlogs, nabuhayan ako. Naliwanagan ako, na may pag-asa pa yung dream ko na yun. Hi, i was a product of waiting for the right man to come and be my husband, hard with our society pushing us when we reach our 30s to get married. When it comes to timing, the best talaga si Lord. As humans syempre di na natin maaalis yung moment na feeling natin huli na tayo sa lahat. Aww! I feel you, Ms. Bettina. My husband had a long time (like 2 hours, too) saying his intentions, but eventually God has led him to tell me that he wants to marry me. And that’s all I want to hear from him, too.
Truly, God made things beautiful in His time. We can’t manipulate and control anything. It is when you totally surrender everything to Him that’s when you will see His hand working.
