    Ingredients:
    Marination:
    Soya Chaap: 200 Gms
    Fried green chillies paste: 10 Gms
    Blanched coriander leaves paste: 100 Gms
    Blanched mint Leaves paste: 50 Gms
    Mild cheddar cheese: 50 Gms
    Ginger garlic Paste: 25 Gms
    Salt: to taste
    Roasted cumin powder: 02 tbsp.
    Refined oil: 02 tbsp.
    Garam masala powder: 01 tbsp.
    Green cardamom powder: ½ tbsp.
    Lemon juice
    Stuffing:
    Finely chopped fried soya chaap: 50 Gms
    Green chilli seed less chopped: 01 Nos
    Bell pepper chopped: 20 Gms
    Green cardamom powder: 01 Pinch
    Processed cheese: 20 Gms
    Ginger chopped: 02 Gms
    Method:
    • Soak soya chaap overnight in salted butter milk.
    • Strain soya chaap next day morning and keep aside.
    • Marinate soya chaap with ginger garlic paste and lemon juice and rest for an hour.
    • Mix all the ingredients for stuffing and fill inside soya chaap.
    • Mix all ingredients to make a smooth marination and rub gently on stuffed soya chaap.
    • Rest the marinated soya chaap for 10-12 hours for better taste.
    • Cook on skewers in tandoor/charcoal grill/ oven.
