40 grm kashmiri red chilli powder
mustard oil 300 ml
3 tblspn bhuna besan
ginger garlic paste 4 tblspn
hang curd or yogurt 2.5 kg
2 tblspn salt
1 tblspn black salt
cumin powder 2 tblspn
garam masala powder 2 tblspn
1 tblspn dry kasoori methi powder
1 tblspn green chilli paste
2 to 3 lemon juice
4 tblspn red chilli paste

Excellent recipe and execution. What sets this recipe apart from most is the use of the red chili paste which I assume is being made by soaking red chilies in warm water and then blending to a paste. The other secret is the resting and buttering which is very important in developing flavor and getting a nice color on the outside.

Awesome! I've been looking at how this is don't. The chicken is so tender and smoked. Love it. Interesting thing about Indian use of chicken is they take the skin off, which is a sin in my book but they make it so good as if it still has skin on
