10kg chaap weight = 10000gm
10000gm/90gm = 111 psc
110 psc in 10kg chaap
When cut into two psc 110*2 = 220 psc
We serve 4 psc in half plate.
220psc/4psc = 55 half plate in 10 kg
Price of half plate @ rs 90
Total sale 90*55 = 4950
We serve 7 psc in full plate
220psc/7psc = 31 full plate
Price of full plate @ rs 150
Total sale 31*150 = 4650
Average sale in 10kg chaap = 4700
Now we need to calculate all expenses which require to make chaap
Chaap 10kg*80 = 800
2 pkt refined for frying chaap 140*2 = 280
1 pkt refined for making chaap 1*140 = 150
500gm amul butter for making chaap = 220
2 ltr Amul Cream 2pkt*200 = 400
Magaj ka paste = 100
300gm chaat masala for 10kg chaap = 150

Actually my expertise in chaap and burger and pizza jo kaam mai karta hun uska merko ek dum perfectly pata hai ki iski costing kya hogi but jo mai nahi karta uska costing mai galat hi nikalunga. Ya fir ek mota mota idea de paunga but ofcourse jab mai biryani start karunga apne restaurant pe tab uke upper jarur ek video banaunga
