Bro while i am touching, soldring or after soldring any types wire into pin no :1 then the power supply is humming what is the way to fix plz reply fast
You might have over-volted the power supply Possible explanation; Power Supplies have some voltage sensitive parts, these parts include; Controller chips, and Electrolytic Capacitors My guess is that one of those got over-volted and 'let out the magic smoke' (aka it died)...

약간의 위험성이있어서 전문가아니면 시도를 안하시는게 좋을듯합니다.
보통 TL494 같은 PWM IC 의 의 1번핀을 사용하면 됩니다
