They want their 30 seconds of "guys look! It's so cool, a bunch of people saw me be an absolute shitter on this game!" they can show off to their friends. Not sure what about sucking so bad at a game that you literally get banned from playing it is worth bragging about. It's not like they're creating the content and getting the views. They're shit at a game, aren't allowed to play anymore and are giving someone else the views and money from their exploits. That's an entire list of L's. And they're proud of it for some strange reason.

Hey man, glad you're doing stuff like this, it brings a much more positive light to the game and really sends home the message that good things are being done behind the scenes to keep the experience alive.
I'd also like to see some more random spectating, it's funny af and shows that there are still entertaining people in the game.

Would be amazing if somehow you could remove their friendly ID to their own shotgun traps, so when they run to their base they get killed by their own traps. Then start raiding them so they spawn back and just get killed again. If that were possible it would be just so much joy for me to watch their confusion. 😁

Here's a idea, whenever a cheater turns around in their base you delete one of their objects such as a chest, research table etc and if you run out just break a wall when they turn around.

The additional uploads are not going unnoticed. I like the 30 min videos but I'll take those shorter ones if it means you able to keep up the extra uploads. Either way I love the content man.
They need to make a monument that is nothing but a prison where admins can place cheaters or a zoo. Just teleport them into a cell and the cell boundries will automatically make them naked with no gear, able to deal no damage, mute them and if they commit suicide they are kicked and banned from the server.
Non cheaters could take tours of the facility like at outpost.
