Hey there. IT man in training here. I just wanted to explain one thing interesting about why the first cheater probably wouldn’t ever get away with his excuse if you knew how cheats worked in the first place or if you knew how games report everything you do in a game. How he explained it is he had a COD cheat thing open and that it being open got him cheated as the anti cheat detected it. This is impossible unless this was a universal fps cheat engine/client. How cheats work is they give inputs/data/other weird shit to players which it must send input data/packet data to the server, most anti cheats check for anomalies in these packets to detect cheaters. If this kid was lying he was cheating and didn’t want to admit it, if he was telling the truth his cheat engine also worked with rust and he was likely cheating in rust as well. If the engine was for cod it would never send data to rust and there for he would not show up on rust anti cheat. Ether way he had cheats for rust and it was likely he was using them even if he was somewhat telling the truth. Please note, I don’t know most of the lingo or whatever to tell you what is what I’m just going off of memory of what to say. Regardless you get the idea, if he wasn’t using cheats for rust he wouldn’t be showing up on rust anti cheat because a cod cheat wouldn’t send data to rust for the anti cheat to detect.

Play rustopia you have a high chance coming across him if it's a high population server. Sadly lots of cheaters still in that game.

To the cheaters who want to stop getting caught, I got tips for you. First you need to assemble a team, then rent a helicopter, you’ll need to sky dive from the helicopter into the middle of the nuclear reactor and get the server master key hidden in the water deep below, you’ll have to hold your breath for about 6 minutes, so 12 minutes total to swim back out. Should you accept this mission, the government will disavow any information regarding your whereabouts and will deny any involvement. You get the master key, you will access the back door to rust servers and you will never get banned again

That is illegal, as players may have sensitive information on their screen. Blizzard was sued over that and lost! About a decade ago.
@@AndyRock1 Viewport and screen capturing are two different things. The viewport is the view into the game world (in this context). The screen is anything being captured from the V(ivdeo)D(isplay)P(rocessor).
