- Good morrow Gang! The big slave I from Hasbro has been released a few times over the years in various versions, but this Book of Boba Fett version is the first one I've gotten my grubby little hands on. So looking back, is it worth the current price? Let's take a gander...

I got it because it was $74.99 at Kids Warehouse. It's pretty sweet. I have 6 Slave 1s, so most of the versions. I would say this is my favorite. Maybe because it's the new one... but I'm very happy with it. Especially at the price point I got it at.

Really good review on the ship and cannot wait to see what you do next. As for the show, I did like it but I know not everyone will be on with me on that. P.S. I will always be calling Boba Fett's ship Slave 1 forever.
The Empire version is an older ship, but it checks out sir.
I always thought Slave 1 looked like an elephant head.
I only have the Shadows of the empire which is just a repaint of the one from 1980 they didn't even change the seat to fit the 90s fett figure but it looks alot better and is actually panted insatead of being all grey plastic with a few stickers.

Just to be clear with something and i hope my comment get likes to make it more visible the word “slave” shouldn’t be considered as racist, absolutely every race had slaves the only difference is the point in time of that moment in the history, and that name for the boba fett ship is cool because it’s transporting cryogenized SLAVES like han solo on the original triology

There's a peghole for Boba's jetpack in the main interior, you can see it in the pic with M'iiyoom Onith next to it's elbow.
I have the Empire Strikes Back TVC version of Slave I and it did not include a figure at all...
I'm really glad you said that, as I have the Tvc ESB version and mine didn't have Boba or Han Carbon either. I started wondering if they'd sent me one someone had returned and thieved the figures out of it!

The TVC Empire strikes back version didn't come with the the Boba Fett figure it come with the Han in Carbonite but no Boba Fett unfortunately I got it and like many other collectors was disappointed that Boba wasn't included with it but what can ya do?
That's interesting. I never picked up an Empire version, so I was going by a "reliable" source. But he has promptly sacked for his failings here.
Kinda odd no Boba Fett with that one tbh, but at least they somewhat learned and packed him in with the new one.

Yeah they're a bit pricey. But I'd say it's worth it. Its a pretty cool piece.
Game Stop lowered the price of this ship it's now $102 and change if interested almost a hundred dollars less Google star wars vintage collection at Game Stop
Yeah its a really nice piece and for anyone interested they dropped the price of it at Game Stop i just doubled checked a second ago to make sure it's still the same price it's $102 and change now saving almost a hundred dollars and some Game Stop's have it at their stores or order it online great video

Yes it is, exactly the same just painted different. It also came with Mace Windu's Jedi starfighter and 5 figures. Its on my list of future acquisitions.

Me too, armored OT Boba would have been perfect. Though I am still pleasantly surprised at how good the packed in robed Boba figure is - even if he is the space tater version...
I got the carrying case in the esb version along with carbonite han. The difference is the transparent lid. In mine the wings dont click and hate that

I have the original version. The underside of the ship, where the engines are is completely unpainted. There is no real weathering on the ship, anywhere. I think the deco on this version is far superior. I also love the stand and would like to have it to display the ship in flight mode. I just can’t bring myself to spend the money to get those upgrades.
The only thing they cheaped out on in this version is they did not include the Han Solo encased in carbonite. I know it wasn’t part of the Book of Boba Fett but it would have been a nice add on to include in case you wanted to display it as the Empire Strikes Back version.
I don't blame you, its a pretty high price for some updated paint deco. I'll also agree that the weird space suitcase was an odd choice. Han would have been way better imo.

This ship is sitting at a local gamestop for like $140. I dont even collect this scale anymore, but i have the BMF legacy falcon and slave 1 would look BADASS parked next to it. (No, unfortunately i didnt get haslab razor crest or the ghost. Sadly...)

This been milked many times..Better off getting the N1 starfighter which scaled better or get a Bandai 1/44 scale model of the Slave...Or get the finemolds 1/72 scale..pricy...Keep up the good videos.
01:57 Sure the BoBF show was trash….but I do think the look Boba has in that show was pretty awesome, better even than his OG look. The black robes and the repainted armour looked bad ass IMHO! The only thing good about the entire show!

Boba was already ruined by the Prequels. He wasn't cool again until his Mando appearance. And then he got ruined again.
First off let's get this straight...I'm not a fan I am a customer. A fan implies I do this shit for free. No I have money invested by action figures, movie tickets and etc. So now I am not a fan!!!
