The SEXY Secret Agent figure NO ONE knows about
An original and exciting new character, or a G.I.JOE Baroness knock off? I completely forgot these figures existed until I stumbled upon mine by accident. But what to do with them...

A Tale of two Indy's - Is Figuarts worth the higher price? (Comparing Hasbro & SHF Indiana Jones)
zhlédnutí 3,7KPřed dnem
Oh the agony of choice! Am I right gang? Let's compare apples to oranges for a sec and see what the differences & similarities are between the Hasbro Adventure Series and S.H. Figuarts 6" Indiana Jones figures, and what my thoughts are on the pair in terms of content for price. Ya know, just in case you were having trouble choosing which to add to your collection next...
Most DISAPPOINTING Toy line I've seen in a while (Indiana Jones Adventure Series)
zhlédnutí 8KPřed 14 dny
Hasbro Pulse had some 6 inch Indiana Jones Adventure Series toys on sale. So, in a moment of weakness accompanied by an unusually optimistic attitude that day, we bought some. Afterall, they couldn't be that bad, right?... RIGHT?
Build the ULTIMATE 6" Bespin Luke Skywalker (Star Wars Black Series Custom)

Luke Skywalker in Bespin fatigues is a fan favorite. But in Action Figure form, not so much. Don't worry, we can rebuild him and fix Hasbro's mistake...
The ONLY Indiana Jones figure you'll EVER need to Buy!

How am I gonna review the the 1:12 scale S.H. Figuarts Indiana Jones figure? I don't know, I'm making it up as I go. I think it may just be my new favorite six inch figure though!
EPIC Toy or Hot GARBAGE? - Vintage Collection Book of Boba Fett Slave I Retrospective
zhlédnutí 6KPřed měsícem
Good morrow Gang! The big slave I from Hasbro has been released a few times over the years in various versions, but this Book of Boba Fett version is the first one I've gotten my grubby little hands on. So looking back, is it worth the current price? Let's take a gander...
NECA VS Vintage LJN Srongheart & Zarak - Did they botch it? (Double Figure Review)
zhlédnutí 399Před měsícem
Well Gang, the NECA Dungeons & Dragons Zarak and Strongheart figures have been out for a few months now, but how do these new 1:12 scale figures compare to their Vintage LJN predecessors? Lets find out!
Actually, they did release a carded version. Very limited, and doesn't have particularly appealing artwork (it's a black and white line drawing of the character, maybe colored in the card background shades, I can't remember exactly and am too lazy to dig it up to check). It was a small card just big enough for the bubble with all its multiple accessories.
@@rockhammer0 That's really interesting. Thanks!
@@CollectorsCritical I replied before the end of your video, you did mention the carded version as a con exclusive. I'm fairly sure mine isn't Gray but either black or white, in the card. I'll have to dig it up to make sure. Either way, it wasn't a widespread release.
I have never before seen a camel toe on a toy figure. This was quite the experience.
When did this come out? I've never seen it Or even knew it existed I didn't bother with the Hasbro but this is something I'd like to pick up
@@sw1000xg I believe it came out around October of 2023.
"cinematic masterpiece" That doesn't actually require the hero Lol
My leg!!! 😆👍
definitely custom baroness
If you have a Keen eye the first thing you may have noticed are those boobs. They just don't make action figures like they did back in the day
Honestly, still not a bad figure, kinda want to find one now.
Ive got one of the troopers that works as a cobra blue shirt
Feels like the disclaimer should be, "possibly no one under the age of twenty knows about".
Err.. the HK MP5K wasn't suppressed (nor silenced, guns have suppressors not silencers). That was the MP5SD.
@@julianmhall Yeah no clue, I just said what was written on the website. 🤷♂️
Small company = A 3D printer using a hustle business lol.
@@Damackism Maybe nowadays, but these were made around 2007 long before 3D printing was a thing.
Not in 2007.
These were factory made, injection molded.
@@rockhammer0 Very cheaply factory made and molded.
@@Damackism Yeah, but still.
Well the GIJOE Baroness is kinda a knock-off too, inspired from the old Baroness book series, so....
She wouldn't be very good secret agent if everyone DID know about her. Mission Accomplished! 😄
@@salvation7362 Hadn't thought about that, you make a good point! Lol
Deserved a like for including Rideron from Kamen Rider Black RX
I wonder what gender was mainly present in the design meeting🤔
lol, you said "zed" instead of Z, you must be Canadian, eh? XD It's okay though because you worked in a +10 Stig reference. This figure is...not...terribl...ly good...seriously, it's like they thought the cleavage was the selling point and some drooling designer was arguing that the hip joints needed to be that way to not break up the "sexy" sculpt or something. 9_9
The excellent use of British comedy clips would conform this.
@@HappyCynic Hmmmm...true, though an American with enough class like the presenter has would be aware of them too. Generally most Americans don't say "zed" unless they want to be cheeky XD
@@straker454 Yeah this figure is a big bag of cringe - no question. I just made the vid because I had some and no one else had done a vid yet haha. Also - right you are! I am indeed from the land of moose and snow!
@@CollectorsCritical It get weirder because they have a newer version where the face is better but the arms and legs are bare so it looks...sexier...quotation marks and question mark. Nice! A lot of my favorite CZcamsrs are from up there.
This toy line is just dude in suit or dude wearing plastic traffic cone. It’s a shame.
She is like a super car 🤔 fantastic bumpers front and back 😂😂😂❤🎉
Yeah I've been knowing about these figures for years
Yep, been aware of them for fifteen to twenty years now. Guru-Planet had more of these than did official Joes for a long time.
Hasbros whip is more accurate for the raiders Indy as his whip in the movie was tan not brown
When you used Toms scream from Tom and jerry for the Jab at hasbro I lost it 😆💀💀💀
whoever makes Indy merch, loves skipping characters, accessories.
(As an aside, forgive me for the double post!), I picked up the Classified Cover Girl myself. I had been worried as I had seen the videos where other folks received her with a arm that fell off in package. Mine fortunately did not have that problem. I largely picked her up to make a custom Sophia Hapgood. I did a head swap using the 80th anniversary Marvel Legends Rogue.
As I said before, the SHF is great. But it also carries a higher price tag. If you want a range of figures though, the adventure series isn't a bad way to go and I think overall many of them are pretty decent. Some better than others. The reason I say that is because some figures do not have the build an artifact piece which is a cool idea. And some lack a number of accessories or have repackaged accessories. The Cairo Indy was baffling at $30 when it was a repurposed Indy with slightly different shirt sculpt and had a repackaged monkey from the Marion Ravenwood figure. The Adventure series is the only way you get figures of Henry Sr. You also can get Toht (unless you want to shell out the extra for a Mezco). But the Grail Knight is absolutely a great figure. There are some areas where I think Hasbro's Indy or variations thereof have some points in their favor over the SHF. The SHF Indy's jacket is imo too dark and could have used some weathering. I also don't really like the golden sheen to the SHF Indy's hair. That being said I do like that the SHF gives you a lot of options and he does pair well with the adventure series and the Temple Escape plinth. The Hasbro Indy's whips could have been better. They are 'serviceable' but not great. That said if a person is willing to do some customizing? The Adventure series has a considerable amount of options. The Club Obi Wan Indy can make for a great Lao Che. You can find a belt/whip from Grid Iron Studios which is better than the finnicky system Hasbro came up with. Just applying a strong tone wash to the Hasbro Indy's whip makes a world of difference in terms of looks. If you have a spare set of gloved hands from a black series figure you can make some gloved hands for Indy. The LC Indy is nice in that they articulated his hat which is pretty cool. But the SHF allows you to pose him with and without the hat with a easy to swap system. The face is a bit too glossy but a coat of matte spray is a pretty quick and easy fix. While the SHF figure has arguably the best likeness of Ford I have seen? I don't think the headsculpt on the Hasbro Indy is bad at the $25 price tag. (The Grail Knight's headsculpt is fantastic btw). If you want a range of figures that spans the various films? The Adventure series is a decent option. It has a few figures in particular that I feel are standouts like the Grail Knight, Henry Sr. and Toht. If you are only wanting one great Indy figure? The SHF is the way to go. I picked up both. I like customizing figures and appreciate having some set pieces like the Grail Table, Ark, and the Sankarah Shrine. The downside to the Adventure series is that there are significant gaps. No german mechanic, thuggee, Mola Ram, etc. If you want those you have to be willing to customize and kit bash. The thing that really hurt the Adventure series is that they did a lot of recycling. This Temple Escape Indy is largely a repackaged Indy and at it's initial price of $50? It made it harder to justify if you already owned the previous Indy. Had they sold this at $30 which is what I picked it up for on Clearance? I think it would have been a better value considering (as you pointed out in your video that it doesn't have the extra hands that the Raider's standalone Indy had which also had the B.A.A. piece for the Ark).
crazy that 1 of the best TRILOGIES with so many great sets and scenes has had such a controversially ill-fated run of merchandise. The Kenner figures, skipped many sets as they didn't seel well, the 2008 run, again failed and the recent lot of Kenner Retrospective figures. HUGE FAIL, indy's without accessories, hardly any other figures ( no Willie, Mola Ram, Elsa, Donnovan) not even the plane, temple, bridge, mine cart ( in lego also). The temple with the challenges, tank. also, the figure would be better with a fully removable jacket, so he doesn't need to replace the arms.
this is a great vid. subscribed!
hasbro is too ugly side by side with sh figuarts
The gun on the shf is waaaayyy too silver. The actual gun looked black even in broad daylight
My man deserves so many more followers! Great videos!
The SH Figuarts is pure art
Excellent Video! I am currently in the Proh-cess of copying this Proh-cess. I will update on my Proh-gress. 😊
I had to cancel my preorder for this when the Mezco one went up. I think the soft goods on the Mezco will work out well for Indy. But this looks great!
@@lucarocks7866 I have the Mezco Toht on pre order. I missed the order window on the Indy, but I'm not too heartbroken. From the promo photos, he looks more like Chris Pratt than Harrison Ford imo.
Glad to be the 1000 follower, this channel is going places! I recently discovered this channel and man, what a delight!
Excellent and entertaining video. This is the way to point out the shortcomings and positives of a figure in a fun and informative way. Indeed, better than your last video. Keep up the good work and make more content like this.
Boba Fett starts and ends with Starwars through return of the Jedi… and original Jason Wingreen voice not that weird not cool not boba fett accent. But my man gets it.
if you take a hair drier to the hasbro whip then it will straighten out into a good shape. and since the whip clasp on his belt sucks, I put a piece of black twist tie around the belt and formed a loop and it looks and works great.
Or you can opt to use the Grid Iron Studios belt/whip. It is $30 to go go that route. But I also feel if a person is willing, a strong tone wash on the Hasbro whip makes it look much better.
WOW!
"In Colcusion"? That was a typo worthy of Hasbro. I love droll sarcasm though. Subbed!
Cool comparison! I am planning on getting the S.h figuarts Indian Jones and I'm also getting the adventure series Short Round. In my opinion the figuarts indie is the best one to date.
The Indiana Jones Adventure Series was plagued by woke Idiocracy. Where's the complete Temple of Doom figures?
They left money on the table. No army builders. No German Mechanic. No Crystal Skull figures. No Lao Che or Willie. There's no question a Mola Ram figure would have sold better than any of the DoD figures. That said I have been customizing and making my own. I made a white dress Marion, Lao Che, Mutt Williams, Col. Dovchenko, German Mechanic, Sophia Hapgood, Last Crusade Marcus, Last Crusade Salah, Cairo Swordsman. I am now working on a Nepal Marion. And I have a Club Obi Wan red dress willie, Spalko in the works. I'll get to Col. Vogel and Deitrich at some point. And of course I want to make/buy a Mola Ram. There are some headsculpts floating about already.
i don’t think they’re that bad but they aren’t good. The quality of this line compared to black series or marvel legends is insane. I enjoy these figures in display but the face printing and articulation was very disappointing
I think the face/headsculpts are pretty decent. Especially Toht, Grail Knight and Henry Sr. The Hasbro Indy isn't bad. But I also think that on average you do get more accessories with the Adventure series figure than you do with the black series. The black series Figures I have seen as of late you are lucky to get a blaster. Some of the adventure series figures do recycle accessories so that's a bit of a negative. Then there are other Adventure series figures that have a healthy dose of accessories. Henry Sr, Shortround, Toht, etc.
I have all of the Adventure Series Indys and the SHF Indy. I dont hate Adventure Series in the least, but I have to agree on everything you said in the review. SHF Indy blows them all away! I'm not a big SHF fan, I only own Indy and TFA Han (another home run IMO), in fact I don't really care for a lot of their stuff...mostly due to the likenesses (looking at you Jedi Luke).
@@billrich2915 I gotta agree there, SHF certainly doesn't get the likeness down every time. Especially in their Star Wars line fsr. So far I've got three figures from them; Indy, Toby Maguire Spider-Man, and a stormtrooper. Indy's likeness is fantastic, Toby's is "not too bad" and the stormtrooper is just a stormtrooper lol.
