I would have to disagree with mathiverse being second and sefiros as first, due to mathiverse encompassing all of mathematics, it would mean he is above cardinal numbers (mahlo cardinal) that is already enough to solo any fictional verse. Transcending maths would mean he is above trans finite and infinite values. Above any dimensional scale, concepts such as string theory, super string theory and the bosonic theory are mere ideas. So it would make more sense to put mathiverse at first and sefiros second but above azzy/yog.
One thing to mention, mathematics should not be overlooked in fiction, it’s the fundamental base to all illogical/logical concepts. The entire tiering system of dimensions and tiers are all supported my maths itself.

1. The Law of Identity is High 1A, not 0
2. Man of Miracles has been debunked and is nowhere near 1A, much less 0
3. The Writer caps at High 1A, due to being basically featless
4. TOAA is also 1A, possibly High 1A. Definitely not 0
5. Kami Tenchi caps at 1A, but could be scaled far lower.
6. Eru doesn't reach anywhere near 0
7. Literally no SCP character reasonably scales to 0
8. The Creator loses to Azathoth due to Azathoth having better and higher scaling.
4. Toaa is easily tier 0, a Marvel universe contains infinite dimensions, and marvel multiverse is equal to an aleph (stared by Dr Strange) so a marvel multiverse= outerversal, and Celestials are an aleph beyond multiversal beings which is high outerversal, and toaa infinitely transcends all of this.
