Simply put the SCP verse is mostly self aware if being written by horror authors and classified their own Wiki (which the author created obviously) as an SCP, which is controled and accessed by Swann entities, being readers and writers.

I would like to clarify tier 0=boundless which is a tier completely beyond all concepts which would include dimensionality where as omnipotence can be confined by dimensionality. The definition of Omnipotence is unlimited or infinite power so if you’re 3d and omnipotent then you would be high universal. Now there is no real way for a Truly boundless character to exist in fiction considering it would be impossible for humans(3d beings) to comprehend a being that transcends the concept of dimensionality.

This does not make sense as these said “omnipotent” characters are all claimed to be omnipotent but yet they are supposedly equal to each other. If you’re omnipotent nothing rivals or goes above you, that’s the simple rule. Unfortunately that is something that is happening here.

SCP-3812 transcended his own IRL author, the author said it himself. He tried to erase him, but simply couldn't. The fact that 3812 mingles with non-fictional entities like the author himself, speaks for itself, as said. With that said, could he possibly transcend any other fictional verses (the narratives he transcends is not limited within his own verse) is an entirely different question. That's the whole purpose of it, it transcends infinitely to the point it views non-fictional objects/beings as well, fictional.

He's explicitly described as omnipotent in the story Through the Gates of the Silver key, all of reality is a static illusion to him, and he supercedes and embodies the ultimate level of existence or absolute totality where the other Mythos gods dwell. Existence, nonexistence, fiction, reality, everything is just a part of or aspect of Yog-Sothoth's absolute being.

Also, I will point out that the Azathoth referenced in this video is not the Azathoth of the Cthulhu Mythos, but the visual novel series Demonbane, which is basically Cthulhu + Giant mecha. I don't think this version of Azathoth is omnipotent either, but I don't know as much about Demonbane.

The Mi-Go are beyond Einsteinian physics, Nightgaunts and Hunting Horrors can survive the births and deaths of innumerable universes, and there are infinite universes with infinite spacial dimensions (called 'angles' sometimes)...and those are just the lowest level of existence in the Mythos. The Great Old Ones are gods to those things and they are so infinitesimal to the Outer Gods that they are perceived as illusions in a static particle. And Yog-Sothoth is more powerful than even the other Outer Gods. No idea where this "no feats" comes from.

aflitia used a good quote. But no, people have to be careful when adding Azathoth to their fiction. Because the original creator of Azathoth, whose very popular even now. Put him like this all things are not but a dream to him. For nothing left exists within his plane which sits above all planes. What we, Gods, and beyonders see are nothing more than layers of dreams. Only one being was powerful enough to look beyond Azathoth and it saw true nothing, as not even nothing itself existed. So any being that believes they're powerful accidentally stumbles upon Azathoth and will either be driven mad or if they wake him up all things but he disappears. Now there can be weaker sub-conscious versions of himself. But Azathoth only dreams all of existence into being. He must remain asleep or else.
