- Rhe Pokemon Go Plus+ came out July 14th 2023. This device has connectivity with both Pokemon Go and Pokemon Sleep. At a retail price of $60 it can be hard to know if this is worth it for you. Hopefully this review can help you make that decision!

Having the phone locked and driving the 22 miles from work to home I caught 77 Pokémon and 2 of them were shiny. Most times it would take hundreds of catches just to get a shiny and this was merely hit or miss. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pro tip. Never look at the journal. Lost shiny unown, eevee, dratini, and many others because of it during go fest lol.
That's the price you pay for convenience. Now tell us the Shinys you did get with the plus, lol.

The ones that hurt the most were chikorita, dratini,unown O, wooper (before the com day), phantump, drifloon, murkrow, and worst of all, TWO shiny Halloween event pikachus. After the first one I turned off my autocatcher. Decided to get something to eat so turned it on. And of course while I’m ordering food a shiny pikachu appears.

Super helpful info! I feel like they could easily add an option to auto give a pokemon a certain berry to increase the catch rate

That would be convenient. I'm just happy for the Ability to throw Greats and Ultras now (even if only via Button Throwing)
I got it for not only for Go. But for Sleep as well (And that Nightcap Snorlax is adorable)
Really useful video! I was just wondering if you can switch off the vibration for Pokemon Go? in the main settings (3:16), that's an option but I guess it may not apply to the Pokemon Go Plus+ device..?

I have one and the vibration is not optional. The only thing about it I don't like.
It's good for many many things...
If you can't really play com day or any spawn boosting event, set it to ultra balls and hope for the best. It's been great for me, regardless of the Pokémon or Shinys that have fled...

I've had the 2016 pokemon go plus but is this a good upgrade auto catcher for a beginner?
I would say they provide about the same quality. It has been awhile since I have used the original plus tho
I wish there was a way to change which Pokemon talked out of it, instead of just the default Pikachu voice. Like Pokemon, we get it Pikachu is the mascot, but you don't gotta shove him down our throats XD
I understand the feeling. I personally don't mind Pikachu speaking to me while connecting or disconnecting.

Hello, does Pokémon GO Plus + throw balls super or perfectly?
I'm not sure exactly what kind of throws it produces, but it does tend to miss. I have missed a shiny before

Hey great video and I appreciate your take on it. I honestly can’t see myself playing the game without the go plus. I’ve been using an auto catcher for a couple years and it is a great help. To summarize great video.
Thank you! It's honestly all a personal choice people all play it differently. Also I recently used it and it let a shiny get away 😭
Another pro tip. There’s a mod video for this device on CZcams. Makes it so you can auto catch using great and ultra balls.
