Good video. I agree with what your saying once a person gets a good amount of rentals. Early on Im not worried about stretching myself too thin and playing the odds a little. My home is paid off and separate from my business so I can always fall back.

Mandy I think you should do another video on adding tenants to a lease after you have another tenant in. In other words for example a boyfriend and girlfriend decide to move in together mid stream through a lease and only one of the 2 is on the lease at the beginning of the lease! I wouldn’t want a criminal living there so definitely a background check but what other things like this are good to do?What’s the best way to add someone to the property in this case?
