I have been rocking phone bear for last seven years
My otterbox saved my android from a 50 foot fall onto concrete, dozens of falls off first and second floor roofs, enough said 🤣
Edit : I summoned the OtterBox fandom 😄
Do you work as a roof tiler or something like that
@@djsadad124zsI work as a redneck otter box is the goat of phone cases, kicked off horses, motorcycle, roofs you name it otterbox will protect it
@@djsadad124zs I do anything work wise, construction, automotive, mowing and landscaping, welding certified, if I don't know how to do it, I will by tomorrow morning lol, but yes that's where most of the falls came from, the 50 footer was in a factory on one of our shot machines
That’s exactly what I’m saying if I drop my phone off a water tower the OtterBox will protect it. No other phone case would and I’ve dropped my phone over 100 feet in the air.
@@djsadad124zs they really do work. I’ve dropped them 50 feet in the air and higher and my phone is good.
The Otterbox hate has got to stop!
Otterbox has one of the most durable shit I’ve ever seen it’s crazy how much it’s saved my phone. (I don’t use it anymore I use a better one)

OtterBox cases are the goat
not in my experience but I've heard nothing but good things about OtterBox cases so don't take my word for it. But if I ever get a phone that there's an OtterBox case for I'm buying an OtterBox case
You forgot that this guy is rich. He forgot he ordered a car. He has enough money to buy a new iPhone every month.
Yeahhh I used to hate cases, but now my $1000 phone I can’t afford to break will NEVER break because it’s inside a TANK. I actually searched for the biggest and chunkiest cases I could find, but atleast it doesn’t have any branding on it to make it ugly.

I had that with mine too… back glass completely shattered and that’s the worst thing to fix!

As a person with an Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with a rectangle case I can confirm that rectangles are definitely superior!

Yep, I have the Otterbox symmetry and it looks sleek and makes my 14 more bulky which I like.

Rectangular phone cases are a crime to humanity especially on iPhones.
The truth is, that android is just objectively better. You can't convince me of the opposite. I never owned an apple product and I never will, even if I would test a product for weeks I would still stick to android
You cannot make a claim like that if you have never tested a competitors product🤯🤯🤯💀💀💀
@@quad_4981 maybe, but I will still claim it
Yes that’s true I owned and own both. In the last I used Android Phones then I switched to IOS of yeah as a teen a had a iPod Nano 2 and 2 different models of iPod Touch. I’m not planning on switching back to Android Anytime soon. The only device with Android but a customized version of that is my Meta Quest 3 VR headset but I can tolerate this
Aint no way bro saying you made it look like an Android like its a bad thing 🙏
Yeah bro thinks the only android is Samsung bruh 💀
The Android hate is crazy considered every time Apple gets a "new" feature, Android has had it for at least 5 years
Can you make long form content i would love to see some travel vlogs or product showcases but longer then 15 seconds 👍

The corners feel like a machete slowly going into your skin
How are the edges on your iPhone poking you all day
I just got a new phone, its the galaxy M04 tell me if its good or not. I play games like call of duty mobile and similar games.
That rectangle one looks like a Samsung
I ain’t sending this to my mom cuz she’ll beat me💀😭

They are imo way better than apple
You may dunk on bulky cases but I've dropped my phone so many times down the stairs and it's still kicking.
Something that has been irking me for a while is that Carter hasn't done the thug shake
Bro otterbox it goated, i literally threw my phone on accident and nothing happened!
i think rectangle cases are made to use phones as building bricks to build houses
I guess if you ever leave the house/office your a person that needs a case. Otter has been saving me tins of money for years!

"Do you like the square edges":😊
"Square edges":💀
bruh if you buy the case with the corners its like you're traumatizing any person who steps into a 100 ft radius for life
It's weird every I phone user I know either refuses to use a case or has a ton of cheap thin ones that offer almost no protection.
Honestly the square edges made the phone a weapon, imagine getting those fall on your nose while you're laying and scrolling.
Couldn’t wonder how he loses/breaks half of the electronics he owns… 🤔🤔🤔
No most Androids aren't even square the reason it sucks is because holding your phone when it's pointy
Who cares how dumb or not dumb it looks, my phone coulde be the stupidest looking thing on the planet but so long as it doesn't break when I drop it I could care less
Carter i just have to say now, an otterbox saved my phone when it got lost in snow for a whole winter, i literally still use it and its perfectly fine, had to replace the case tho it fell apart after we saved the phone
I've been using the clear case that came with my OnePlus and it has saved my phone screen like 50 times. Been using it since 2021 and not a scratch on my screen
As someone who has a case that can be considered an “otterbox” just know my phone has survived many many many falls that should have shattered my screen :D
As the owner of an S23 ultra I can confirm, it does in fact hurt to have square edges stabbing you in the hand all day
"congratulation, you just turned your phone into an android." 💀💀💀
Thank god he doesn't know about cases that have a magnetic flap
i got one of those heavy duty ones that are big and are great at protecting your phone and honestly its saved me from cracking my screen countless times and it works
People buy cornered edges to make their phones to an android, but no android users try making their phones in to an iPhone
My Official Apple silicone case saved my iPhone 13 Pro Max 2 times it felt on the ground onto Laminate flooring and it didn’t got one scratch or bumps on the Sides. It’s really a life savor. Normally I’m really careful not to drop my phone and with the silicone case you got a better grip but it happened twice I loft grip somehow and it dropped. I don’t want to imagine how it would looked after the fall without a case
He about to be praising the rectangle edges when the next Iphone comes out 💀
The only physical issue I've ever had with my Otterbox is that I just didn't know that dust can get trapped in the case, so now I just get it out and clean it once a month and it's fine.
Also, I just got the Google Pixel as my current phone a few months ago, and every time I have it out of its case, it slides off the table! Phones without cases don't just look slick, they are slick.
Also, what exactly is wrong with an Otterbox? I'm not going to judge your opinion unless I know what it is. If it's just that it covers the phone (its job) or makes the phone thicker or something I can understand that, but I personally think your opinion sucks.
I like Otterboxes because A) they protect my phone better than anything else and I'm a huge klutz, B) it looks very sleek while also looking (and being) sturdy, C) when my brain anthropomorphizes my phone I can picture it as a girl in a black and grey Otter Onesie and... That's just game over.
I’ve always used Mous. Their cases arent too bulky, always work, and are quite stylish.
Turning your iPhone into an Android is actually a huge upgrade!
My Moto Edge 30 Ultra has curved edges so it is round and smooth the whole way round
I work in a trade. I have a Lunatik extreme case. Metal frame that is bolted together. Big rubber shock bumpers. Ballistic glass screen protector. It is rectangular, big and heavy. But I have never broken a screen in over 15 years and 8 phones. Let the case fit the need and keep the gatekeeping out of it.
I hate the rectangles
I have been running Ballistic phone cases since the iPhone 3GS. Best cases for all-around ruggedness and sleekness, IMO.
I had my (at the time current) 6s Plus fall from my hoodie pocked while on an order picker 30ft high...besides a cracked screen protector, the phone didn't suffer a single scratch or dent thanks to the Tough Jacket.
Currently I've been running their clear Raptor cases on my previous iPhone XR and current iPhone 11. After a number of drops, my phone is just as blemish free as the day it went in the case (basically the day I bought it).
Otterbox Commuter cases are too slick for my liking and don't offer enough protection for drops onto uneven surfaces.
Defenders fix that issue, but have other issues like the useless integrated screen protector and the port covers that stretch over time and don't fit right.
The XR' Raptor case is 4 years old now and is a bit yellowed, otherwise it still fits snug and does a good job of hiding any damage the case may have sustained.
"how does it feel to have the corners poking into your palms 14 hours a day"
...carter, the sides of your phone are perpendicular to the back. the corners are the LEAST of your worries.
Me watching this on my Samsung:
I think I like Android phones
Why they would have been better if I didn’t see the square edge phone case
my otterbox case is probably the smartest investment i’ve ever made tho. it can probably survive a cinder block getting dropped on it from a 6 story building
As an android user, I can confirm I have never had a phone with square edges.
Those rectangular cases might not break your phone, but they'll definitely break someones skull
I got a case that was cheap, had a phone stand, and I always go for them now. They protect my phone from pretty good drops and cost like 15 bucks.
rectangle cases are wild ngl, but what is more wild is to witness carter do the circle thug shake
If you get a buy rectangular case, just get an S 24 ultra
Mous cases are S tier. They are so good, they look good, are really protective (i drop my phone almost daily and have 0 damage, except for a crack in my screen protector from when i dropped my phone on gravel XD). Sure, they are a little on the expensive side but are worth every penny if you ask me
Rather have an ugly phone than a broken phone
Looks don’t really matter on a phone. What matters is they don’t break
Wonder how many phones he's destroyed with this mindset
"..... meh, I can just buy a new one"
As an Android user i can comfirm that the edges is useful when you play your phone to much the edges hurt you so that you'll stop getting addicted (not true but a pretty good point)
That rectangle case Fr gonna break the second you drop it because curves are just weirdly stronger against high drops
I just get a case that isn't for looks. The whole point of a case is basically insurance so that your £1000+ phone doesn't just shatter when it falls on the floor
As someone with an S24U (rectangle phone), I don't ever notice it, and my phone can stand up on its own.
The rectangle case is actually a bit grippier than the normal curved edge. As long as you aren't death squeezing it, it's kinda nice ngl.
😂 i just switched from a s24 Ultra to the cheaper s24 + exactly because of this issue. I got tired of the stupid corners. I just want my phone to slide in my pocket and sit in my hand comfortably.
Rhinoshield cases make the phone not ugly. They make them better. The buttons feel better. The phone is indestructible, and it is way grippier than a glass backside.
Using your phone for 14 hours a day is awful
What are your thoughts on phone cases with built in kick stands?
Otterbox caaes may look ugly, but nothing protects your phone better.
Dropped mine on concrete countless times and otterbox is still standing strong
I love the thin otter boxes but they aren’t really needed anymore tbh. Phones have gotten so resilient lately. I do remember I accidentally put my iPod in the washer when it was in an otter box and it was fine so I definitely appreciated them when they were needed. 😂
Now I use a case because the glass is too fucking slippery. 😂
My friend has a square phone case and it’s like holographic and do you wanna know what bugs me? The fact that the design is almost through so you can see the actual phone and see the curved corners of the phone next to the square corners it’s like really bugging me. It’s so annoying.
My guy’s got beef with people turning their phones into bludgeoning weapons
“poking your palm for 14 hours a day”
Does anyone hold their phone *on* the corner?
What is your stance on super protective cases
I’ve been using the otterbox symmetry line of cases on my iPhones since the iPhone 8 to the 15 pro and they are very protective but not bulky in my opinion they look good and they are waaaaay slimmer than the regular otter box cases
Otter box has saved me from multiple falling out of my pockets while riding my bike breaks
Otterbox may not be the best looking, but it has saved my phone many times when I drop it down the stairs or on concrete. I literally don't have a single scratch and I drop my phone at least once a day
My phone case is also a wallet, which means I have more pocket space to carry befuddling items with me.
Otterbox Symmetry series for me all the way. Plain, no frills matte black. Never broke a phone with one of those on it in the 10 years I have owned smartphones.
