Us motonutz here at Motorcycle.com decided to create a new category of sportbikes. These machines aren't especially unusual in any way, but they don't fit the standard definition of their class in the strictest sense. It's time for another "literbike" war. Behold, the Oddball Literbike Comparo!

benelli wasn't made in china, at that time benelli was in the verge of dying because it has a lot of debt and QJ group helping benelli economical situation. benelli is still italian company and italian bikes the bikes itself still produced at pesaro, italy and the parts and the componennts itself was still made in italy. it was said by Vice General Manager Yongzhong ''for vehicles with engines capacity of 700-1000, all our component are from italy and the production there as well, as well as the spare parts. he said''

Hi, I had an Duc (monster) and now I have a Buell XB9 Sx and I think u couldn't say better about what you feel about riding this brands. I was wondering if it would be possible to compare the Buell CityCross with the Ducati Hypermotards. For me, its really doubt and where I live I there's no test drive for those. Thanx a lot! -J.

great video!!! i was on the list before the 1125r was on the floor. it is by far the most fun ive ever had on a bike. It does need a steering dampener, eric buell is full of crap when he says "if its built right you dont need one" I would not have a fractured vertibray if it had one. but even having said that when i recover, i am buying another buell.

Biggest difference is the shifting points, your lightning likes being in a low rev and makes next to no top end power. the 1125 motor still makes awesome bottom, thou not as good as the xb, the middle is awesome and its got something not very many buell riders are used to, TOP END POWER. the extra sixth gears is also great to have.

I do not know why do you try to degrade Benelli.First thing,Benelli Tornado 1130 does not have 131 Hp,it have 162Hp and 124 Nm torque as a serial bike.Benelli Tornado 900 have 140Hp.I drowe and serviced all those bikes in this video.Iff not better it is in the same class as 1098s.Personal impression can been different but can not be crucial, because the question is ,whether some bike matching the height of his driwer, length of his arms and legs.As authorised servicer,i would give slite advantage Benelli,it is inovative, less vibration, simpler to maintain.Ducati is great bike, but when you need to do some repairs, you need to disasemble almoust all parts on the bike, and when you start engine,it sounds it hase a lot of lossen bolts in the engine, with the milage the sounds are worse. For the Buell,it is easy to drive and maintain, but this model is something between sport touring and super sport bike.

30 hours with an H2 and you spend it making this video? Seriously?
Anyway, I hope Kawasaki supercharges or makes a supercharged version of my 2014 ZX-6R 636 ABS in 2017. We've seen the 2016 ZX-10R and it's about time they stepped it up with the electronics, suspension and offering 2 versions
