    Man you can see passion not just for the sport, but in teaching people the sport as well. I like it.

    You know what would improve the thrusters for the crossfit community? . . Having Josh Bridges commentate and interview for The Games this year ;)

    She seems like a good coach. And props to the athlete for suggesting to drop the weight herself.

    Seems as though her front squat needs more work than the thruster. Slow the motion down, get good with the individual motions first then progress to the thruster.

    I think she's a great coach but there is some people in the comments who allways criticism her. And sorry for my poor english.

    They should spend some more time focusing on the Clean. Her overhead and dip-drive is fine. It's the clean that sucked there.
