I'm 70lbs down from the beginning of this year and its largely due to having one meal a day. Not for everyone but give it a try. It'd make your friday meals that much more enjoyable. Keep going, you’re doing great. Don’t forget if it gets too hot you can walk around an indoor mall! Drink plenty of water and limit carbs to 30g per meal if you can. Also when your done this challenge aim for 12,000-15,000 steps that will really trigger the fat loss. Walking 10,000 steps will help maintain your weight.
hey thanks for the great tips! I never thought about walking inside a mall haha. For sure! yea I'm finding 10,000 steps really isn't burning the weight off right now. I was thinking of doing a 15k steps challenge next or 20k...not too sure yet.
try this bro, you eat 8 hours and 16 hours not eat, i just started this i eat between 10 am and 6 pm and untill next day i start eat again by 10 am to 6 pm it take 3 days for brain and stomach to accept this. Stay strong bro, and btw when you feel hungry fasting 16 hours drink water only water it will work i promise

@@DevrinBradford for example. Your eat window is 4 hours and 20 hours you don’t eat (only drink water) 4:20. Like 4pm until 8pm, I did this myself and had a huge impact.

I’m looking to swap my caffeine intake with green tea because some people mentioned it a couple and I will look into testing out intermittent fasting maybe make a serious out of it and do it for 30 days. Can I have tea or coffee in between the fasting periods?
