And as far as the smoking thing, I can totally relate! I'm about three months cigarette free right now, but it's hard. I don't know if they have them inyour country, but I would highly suggest looking into getting a vape pen. I know you can get them off of Amazon. It has worked out amazingly for me.The fact of the matter is I just like to smoke, it's almost a hobby for me. And the vape pen lets me do that. Good luck with everything and I will be watching!😉
