The drop off the spike into the third launch looks like it might have the most terrifying head chopper with the station roof that I've ever seen
I love the head choppers like steve and the beast I always keep my hands up high and tell people to keep their hands up too
@@jandrew1994 People have lost limbs that way! You wouldn't think it'd be possible but it happens!
@@bearclaw5115 by my understanding - there are very strict clearance regulations nowadays, limb loss is really only an issue on older coasters with tighter clearances (or if you're exceptionally tall)
@@bearclaw5115no they haven’t. Broken a finger on an old wooden coaster if you’re really tall at most. Do you really think coasters where that’s possible would be allowed to operate?
Clearance issues aren't the only problem when it comes to putting your hands in the air on a coaster. The old TTD famously said "arms down" for a reason- the speed at which you launch can overextend limbs causing you to dislocate them. Had it happen to a teacher of mine back in the day that thought they were a badass haha. Ended up in a cast and PT for weeks.
I’m super excited I cannot wait… 101mph going backwards is INSANE
no
The backwards spike will be the same experience as Superman: Escape from Krypton, with a longer train. Not thrilled about this.
@@brianfoss571shut up brian
"But the original launch is gone 😡😭 the ride is longer, goes backwards 100 mph, goes up and down 400 ft twice now ( maybe only 370 on the spike oh no) giving it a near 400 foot vertical drop along with the 420 foot twisted drop, and it'll have less downtime, it's gonna suck!😭😡😭😡"
@@brianfoss571I didn't know krypton went forwards, backwards, then forwards over a tophat. I thought it was just a spike.
Wicked Twister was my favorite ride and I was absolutely devastated to hear they were going to remove it. I love that this is practically a mix of the two best rides and I'm so excited to ride it
Im gonna be sad about that initial launch being gone, but everything else has me pumped, that spike is gonna be insane.
I'm trying to remain open about it, but to ME, TTD was ALL about the launch -- the height didn't matter because it happened so quick you couldn't even take it in.
This feels like a bigger faster Wicked Twister which was honestly a shit ride
@@Hyperbolic_G wicked was awesome imo, sitting at the back that high up fully vertical was a unique experience
but agree, top thrill's heart came from the launch, this is an entirely different concept than the original
as insane as the spike they already had that nobody even mentions because its such mid?
Waiting for the launch, then blasting out of the start was the best part of TTD.
I rode the ride enough to know when the launch was coming. I could count it down exactly and knew when we were about to take off
but that's all in the past. now it will be a lame launch

@@rjones0211 nope. last yellow.
I’m stoked to see that it looks like they put the tail fin on the back car just like the original TTD cars. Can’t wait to ride
Spoiler? It doesn't look much like the original design, but ok. The original design had top fuel dragster tires and a big spoiler on the back car.
@@itsme123669 the original was better but at least it will have one now.
I'm devastated that I'll never get to expirience the original hydrualic launch on this ride, but I'm glad that we're getting a new ride in its place. I've ridden some other coasters with swing launches and they are a blast - this coaster is definately on my bucket list!
Go to Six flags great adventure in Jackson, NJ
I think this is probably the overall best thing CP could have done given the circumstances. It is absolutely disappointing that the original punchy hydraulic launch is now gone to history, but once you consider that it was probably gonna go soon anyway due to its unreliability, this is probably the best solution for CP to increase the reliability of the ride, thus increasing daily ridership and reducing maintenance costs, while reusing the layout and paying tribute to the original ride in some way.
What a sober and realistic comment!
Let’s face it, Kingda Ka is probably 5 years away from doing something similar so in the end, we should just be lucky we still have a decent ride in place
I agree. Given the circumstances I think this is the next best thing.
It won't have the same punch as that hydraulic launch but it will have more sustained speed so it might feel faster that way and the 100+mph backwards launch might make up for it. a 100mph backwards launch into a spike and subsequent 120mph forward launch does sound pretty cool and intense. And it should be much more reliable which is better ofc,
@@iitzfizz also event hough cedar fair decided to give it a more gradual launch sequence. Magnetic launches can also be punchy if done right.. true, nothing compares to the raw power of hydraulics but i think i preffer a safer more reliable smoother launch than a powerful but unreliable, manteinance expensive system
I mean I didn’t get to go on the original TTD while it was still operating in either of my two visits because it went down both days, so yeah I’m ok with more reliability…
Great video! I’d love for you to break down energy costs for launches… lsm, Lim, hydraulic, chain lift, catch car lift (like i305) etc
Batman & Robin!
I'd be interested too, but I expect any method to be so cheap compared to other operating costs, that efficiency isn't a consideration. I did some quick figures and would be surprised if a lift hill uses more than a dollar worth of electricity per train lifted, even for a giga. I assume fast launches are less efficient because they have to fight air resistance during the launch.
Doing some rough head estimation, ICE vehicle of similar weight from 0 to 70-100mph is maybe 5 to 10 cents of fuel at lower efficiency. Even a tall lift hill is a relatively small amt of work definitely being less than a KWh easily. Dollars per day per big ride launch in energy and absolutely miniscule compared to lights and other infrastructure. Kind of interesting to think about but ultimately it's a tiny amount of work (thus energy) compared to driving or even running central AC
This looks amazing. I love how they found out how to recycle the old Dragster into something new. It reminds me of the Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast tbh but on a bigger scale. This does just enough to surpass the Kingda Ka imo
They are CRIPPLING the only thing that makes these coasters worthwhile... the insane acceleration of the launch. Not only does this NOT surpass Kingda Ka, it leaves it the only remaining option to have that experience in the entire world.
This is fueling my block zone addiction and I couldn't be happier.
I was standing in line when that woman was horribly maimed by the Top Thrill a few years ago. Myself (a paramedic) and other nurses and first responders cared for the woman, holding her head together and trying to stop the bleeding. It was traumatic, people were running away screaming. Chaotic scene. I pray they upped their safety standards.
Absolutely awesome analysis! I love seeing the numbers getting crunched!
I know people are going to miss the old launch, but I’m very very excited for this new version. My favorite thing on rollercoasters (besides airtime) is that feeling of having another boost of acceleration. Going from 0 to 120 was an incredible feeling, but the launch was short lived. I feel this new launch will have people appreciating the speed of this coaster even more. It takes effort to get that fast after all. Going faster then the average coaster on launch, then a boost in speed going backwards, to then another acceleration like it doesn’t feel possible to be that fast when your already going 100, to make it over the final peak of the coaster, is going to be so amazing and sound so incredibly fun.
I’m very jealous of those who live in Ohio 😅 Glad I got the chance to ride this monster a few years ago before renovations. I can’t wait to see people’s reactions when it’s finally done and ready.
This just makes me want to get on Kingda Ka ASAP
Fearing the awesome hydraulic launches will be gone forever :(
Yeah Ka may to get something similar to this
@@ColdSidyou wish lol
@@TruckDriver-wp7wz I don’t 😭 I’d rather it stay the way it is but knowing six flags and how they like to copy I wouldn’t be surprised
I’ve just always thought it’s a waste to generate the energy to get the trains to 120 mph to just bring it to a stop immediately after. Why not extend the track with some airtime hills and inversions to make it longer? I know why…but it would be cool to have a mega-attraction that does everything in a big way lol…I’ll go back to sandbox mode on RCT4
I've sometimes wondered if eddy-current brakes could be replaced by regenerative brakes to offset some of the energy cost of these rides. I'm sure it's technically possible but it might not be economical.
I know it doesn’t really fit the theme for racing but imagine if half the seats on the train were facing backwards. It would essentially give two different ride experiences then and you would get the 420ft free fall backwards twice essentially and backwards through the 270 would be absolutely insane.
also, give my main man Ryan, props, cause he TOLD us it was Zamperla a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time ago
Great vid fella...Spot on and great analysis for just hours after it was announced...First in the community with the indepthness...Excellent stuff! 🏆🙏
Great video as always! Your comment at the end about Zamperla hoping to enter the big leagues and for it help drive competition is spot-on!
Top tier content as usual ! I’m a bit excited and a bit bummed. I like everything but the 74mph first launch, and am a little worried your gunna come off the spike a little too fast to really enjoy the final launch
Yes, the final launch won't add much sensation of speed.
Seen so many people comparing the backwards launch to Superman’s but Superman’s backwards launch starts at 0 mph while TT2’s starts at 70+, way different. You’ll feel the speed way more and the spike will have a really nice forceful valley with a weightlessness filled spike! Really sad to see the OG go but so happy that it’s not gone completely!
Going from 70 to 100 is somehow more intense than 0 to 100? You won't even notice the backwards launch. Honestly the only launch you'll notice will be the first tame one.

@@patrickholland4708maybe
I agree with you. It just seems we replaced the most intense feeling in the park with a gimmick. I'll miss the original. It was unlike anything else.
i know. very sad
Definitely not just you. I’m glad to see that others have the same opinion I do. It seemed like everyone I talked to about it balked at me when I said I wasn’t the biggest fan of them replacing the hydraulic launch by adding a spike.
Not just you. The launch was the ONLY thing dragster had going for it. All that potential energy stored up from falling 420', and they shove it all into a damn brake run.
Thank you for addressing the ride capacity. Most negatives that ive heard from people (aside from the name) has been about capacity. I don't think people realize how long dragster took between launches. Especially when people wouldnt put their hands down.
I'm very excited for the backwards 101mph launch! That's going to feel fucking wild!
they really put superman escape from krypton on dragster
The real world is not the same as no limits. I’m sure a lot of people would have wanted some additional elements, especially some surprises, but there is a lot to like about this, especially the back spike. Glad they made it straight, and I’m sure how high that is on a 90 degree angle is going to be ridiculous.
Great Video!! Really awesome hearing your input on Too Thrill 2!
As a UK enthusiast, I’d love something like this over here! You are darned lucky!
Some people have to understand it’s basically impossible to make the top hat in a single launch with that little amount of track using LSMs. Only the hydraulic launch can do that; LSMs can’t accelerate the trains as fast in such little track/time. That’s why there’s the backwards launch: to build some speed for the third launch (which pushes the train up the top hat). And at the same time the hydraulic launch was very unreliable. So in the long run, switching to LSMs will probably save money and the ride will (mostly likely) have less downtime.
I rode Top Thrill for the first time only like a month or 2 before the accident. Glad I got to experience the old version, and am excited for this new version.
Great presentation and analysis as always, Ryan. 👍
Still glad their staying with just lap bars, which was one of the main selling TTD always had over Kingda Ka! Also like the new colors, when it was speculated that it would be blue and white, I was worried it wouldn’t be quite as eye-catching as before, but I think it will with the red striping near the top. The name is growing on me to, it rolls off the tongue surprisingly well!
We can be a little salty as enthusiasts about the changes made, but I think you're right about the new Top Thrill being the right move for Cedar Fair. If I could guess what GP feedback for Top Thrill Dragster was during it's lifetime, it'd be that it was closed when a guest visited, or that they rode it and felt it was too short of a ride for the time they waited. The revamp should address both of those things. I'm glad I got to ride it in it's original form.
I rode it and didn't even consider it a credit.
Only had one drop and one hill. A credit needs a minimum of two... Now its actually a credit.
Just wish they chose Intamin to do the rebuild, original manufacturer and Zamperla rides are rough.

What I’ve been waiting all day for
Thank you for actually being realistic AND positive about this...I've seen way too many people moaning about how its jsut gonna be escape from krypton and it sucks now without even riding it yet. Its like, okay...i get that everyone is bummed that the 0 to 120 launch is gone. It DOES suck that that happened...but this isnt escape from krypton by any means. Its more than twice the height and you still go 120 over the top hat. Im sorry that the hydraulic launch had to go, but id rather have this than no dragster at all. On top of all of this, to adress people complaining about thw first launch being too slow, this is probably due to the fact that they needed to keep the roll back speed lower to enter the backwards launch because they couldnt have it go too fast. Thats jsut a guess but id imagine its something like that. In any case, things might change by the time it opens. We have no idea what its gonna be like until we ride it. So, im keeping an open mind until then. Not saying its gonna be the best thing ever, and im not saying it sucks either, but it certainly isnt escape from krypton.
Best Coaster Channel on CZcams! Well done, Ryan.
Looks fun honestly! Can't wait to ride it next year!
I’m very happy I got a front row seat on the OG Dragster. Really hyped for this too! (Hoping I can get a ride on Ka before it gets refurbished too)
Personally, I love Superman Escape from Krypton way more than most people do. So I'm definitely on board with the idea of a backwards spike and think this will add a lot to the ride - enough for me to compensate for the lack of intensity on the launch. It'll be a different ride but still a great one in my opinion :)
Love that ride!
I honestly think it looks amazing! I'm so glad they are keeping enough of the feel/name/look of the original ride that it won't feel completely gone. I love the name for this reason! I cannot imagine the GP won't like this better too. Obviously it actually being open most of the time will be the biggest factor... but it also is more approachable due to the slower initial launch. And the longer ride time makes waiting more worthwhile.
I think Top Thrill 2 has the potential to offer one of the best feelings of pure speed on a coaster. While other ones are faster, the acceleration of a hydraulic launch seems to rob a bit of the feeling of speed to me. It's hard to really appreciate just how fast you're going with such an intense but short launch. I imagine the second launch would be somewhat of a highlight, as you are already going faster than the vast majority of coasters, only to feel even more acceleration kick in as you go across the launch track. That feeling of going very, very fast and then somehow accelerating even more, all while being exposed to the rushing air, is likely to be a very fun and unique sensation. Sure, other launches like this have been done before, but the sheer scale of it is likely to really enhance the feeling.
That’s a good point because as intense as the launch was you I would notice the speed of 120mph way more coming down off the hill before you hit the break run.
This looks AMAZING! I really like the new design and will be booking a flight to Cleveland when this opens.
It’s always a good night when eltororyan posts a new video
I’m really going to miss TTD initial launch. Hopefully I’ll get a ride on kingda ka next year.
I’m really pleased that they kept the station and I really hope they keep the music ‘baby I’m ready to go’.
Thank you!! Finally someone not just ragging on it. It’s gonna be sick. The amount of down time dragster had was insane. It was hit or miss everytime a train launched if it would continue to operate.
Imagine going on power tower while the train is going up the spike😊
I'm really glad that I got to ride the original, but I'm glad they finally were able to get the LSM upgrade.
This was the breakdown I was thirsty for! Key to capacity will indeed be taking advantage of aggressive timing/programming. I'm thinking if they group the switch, spike, top hat and block brake together it will be hard to hit that 70s dispatch interval. Lets go with your estimate of 45s from launch to cresting the top hat, and then add say 15s to clear the block brake, giving us around 60s to clear an advance from staging (great catch, I didn't see that until you pointed it out). Next, the switch track moves and the train must advance out of the staging block and come to a complete stop on the launch (assumption). You think the switch will be 3s... and the entire train will advance from stage and be ready for launch in 7s?!? Perhaps I missed something.
Big thanks Ryan for sharing your thoughts with us! As a former TTD ride-op, I trust your intuition! I hope Zamp nails this and despite not breaking significant records I think TT2 will kick butt! I'm very grateful CP brought Dragster back and can't wait to get that credit.
> and then add say 15s to clear the block brake
They don't need to wait for this, you can dispatch the second train the second the first one has cleared the top hat because you have all the way until the 2nd forward launch to abort. All they have to do is switch the launch side LSMs to trim/brake and it'll prevent the second launch from clearing the hat. Rolling start will likely greatly improve the initial cycle time, I'm still of the opinion that it's designed for 60 second dispatch/cycle.
They should bump the speed up a bit so that you get ejector airtime over the top hat.
It's the same top speed as the original. Should be some nice ejector on warm days
@@Moewist3 It was barely enough to get over the top. They need to add like 10 m.p.h. or so.
@@zachjones2346 Have you seen the media day 2003 video of TTD from Sean Flaherty? It flies over the top hat much faster with the short trains.
@@zachjones2346if they add 10 mph it’ll cause redouts I don’t think you know how physics work
@@WCfanboy not 10 m.p.h.....but you can add trim brakes dude. I don't think you know how engineering works.
The gradual build up to 120 mph will probably attract a wider audience vs the insane 0-120mph bat out of hell launch. The reliability alone is worth the drop in thrills because for a lot of people (myself included on my sole visit to Cedar Point) those thrills were mostly theoretical with TFD as it was constantly broke down. I think it will still be insane though.
TT2 looks great !
I can legit feel the sensations when watching the animation. I'm pumped AF Mang
Great points across the board, as always. Looking forward to riding it. Personally speaking, I wasn't a huge fan of the original launch. I always found it to be uncomfortable (not an issue for me on the smaller rockets) given the length and intensity, (understandably as this is not the popular opinion).
One dragster story: while waiting to launch, the train rolled back but didn't go for some time. Meanwhile I was looking around (mistake), the train finally launched while my head was looking off to the side, forcing the seat into the back of my neck. The following day I was left with quite a bruse.
Cant wait for the following up video after Ryan rides it
Great Video as always Ryan!! I definitely think capacity won’t be a problem at all, I’m actually excited for that spike the ride will be a lot of fun and breathtaking with that view!
It is Crazy how the only thing that you have gotten wrong in this whole project is them replacing the track on the tophat! Great research and Great videos!
Excellent breakdown, as always! Thanks for the great content, even if I’m probably too much of a chicken to ever ride the coasters you cover! Lol
I'm glad you addressed the rollback. Is there a way to estimate how high up the top hat it will go if it's launching basically the same as Maverick? From their video it looks like not very much.
In addition to the different roofline on the station, they will be adding to the length of it as well - the old station had 7 spires/flags and the animation shows the new one having 8.
I was expecting exactly this layout for months now. If I could change 1 thing, I would add an airtime hill to the launch to make a 4th record (fastest backwards moment on a coaster, fastest triple launch coaster, fastest coaster with LSMs)
I will forever miss that intense launch. Of course I’m gonna ride it and probably love it, cedar point is my home park, but the og launch was so intense and amazing. Guess I’ll have to go to New Jersey to try something similar
It will still be possible to get a real rollback if the third launch isn't powerful enough to clear the top hat, right? In that case, would you get 5 launches instead of 3?
The launch was the essence of Top Thrill Dragster, but with the new spike, it’s a very different ride. My preference would have been for the station/transfer track to be moved close to the start of the curve up to the top hat so that the first launch could be backwards up to 100mph, giving the full reverse-freefall coaster experience up the new spike, before the second launch up to top speed. The rollbacks on the top hat and three passes along that straight stretch will probably be pretty uneventful, so I’m hoping they add some theming near to the track to emphasise the speed. No doubt it’ll still be an awesome ride experience apart from that.
For thrill seekers. There was no way the new TTD was going to please them as nothing could come close to the hydraulic launch. TT2 caters to a wider audience and is now a better gateway coaster for young enthusiasts therefore making it a smart investment for cedar fair.
Im sad the launch is gone as there was nothing else like it. But I’m glad the ride is longer and coming from someone who grew up riding Mr. Freeze at SFSTL the vertical spike element is the perfect addition. Especially with wicked twister gone.
Thank you, Ryan!!
Based off of Zamperla’s track record so far with Wild Mouse, I’m expecting TT2 do be down quite a bit.
it happens with every prototype ride for a manufacturer, rmc had issues with down time with almost all of their rides but the point stands that hydraulic launches are too unreliable and this system has a much higher chance of being open
As a local, Wild Mouse actually has a great deal of up time. The first month it was slightly problematic, but nothing over the top for a new coaster
I work in Aeronautica Landing at Carowinds and have to agree with you. The downtime with these Zamperlas has been horrendous
Ever engineered anything yourself?
@@justinthomas5270Zamperla flat rides, NOT a Zamperla coaster.
The spike looks sick, I’ve never been on one and this will most likely be my first.
I hope there is a space mountain level block zone aystem, to make up for the name.
The only disappointment for me was the first launch not being a bit faster. Other than that, I am so excited for Top Thrill to be back! At least it wasn’t scrapped.
I always thought it was funny Top Thrill Dragster was 420 feet tall. But now that they built the vertical spike at exactly 420 feet as well… I think we can confirm it’s on purpose ;) 😅😆
Just curious as someone not overly familiar with the concept, how do coasters ensure that track switches work properly on rides like this or Pantheon? I'm sure there's never a chance of the track just not moving properly while a train is in motion, as that would be catastrophic, but what measures do they have in place to prevent any technical failures?
Train won't move into that section unless sensors confirmed the track movement was okay.
Thanks for the video! Also, congrats on the pregnancy, hope Mrs. El Toro wifey is doing well!✌🏻
I think it's gonna be much better than TTD overall. It's disturbing how 3.8 seconds that used to be the old launch is all whiners care about. Crack lasts longer than that, and crack sucks because it doesn't last long enough (and also sucks for many other reasons we won't get into here). I'm stoked about this ride! I wonder if the one in Vancouver will open 1st. Thanks for posting!
Yeah exactly. I don’t mind TT2. The abbreviation is very similar to TTD. I get it. Some people say that top thrill dragster will be forgotten, but I don’t really think so.
Can't wait to do it
I didn't even realize that! Bonus head choppers!
My question is it’s probably not going to go 120 mph when running normally right? Because I remember in a past video you said it only ran around 112-114 when fully loaded, so if it was actually going 120 on TT2 then wouldn’t there be major ejector over the top?
Like many, I'm loving the backwards launch, hate the name. I, too, am puzzled about the queue remaining in the same location. I thought moving Scrambler and Matterhorn to the Boardwalk was going to be related to the queue replacement.
From the POV, it looks like they covered the dangerous areas with a metal canopy instead of a fabric covering for shade.
No one called the OG coaster "Top Thrill Dragster" and no one will call this new coaster "Top Thrill 2". The ride has been and will always be "Top Thrill" and CP found a way to keep that nickname possible. I like the name.
@@SIRybkaPretty sure most people just called it Dragster...
@chrismdb5686 yep not sure the type of people this guy hangs with but I now don't want to know😊
I hope it is a plexiglass ceiling on the queue that would be epic also people are underestimating this just imagine despite the acceleration how insane it will be to go 101 mph BACKWARDS and then stare straight down over 300 ft in the sky in any row on a spike and you still get to go over the top hat like it’ll be amazing. And also the rollback is gonna be great we don’t realize how high that is
I do think this is the right choice. The trains in my opinion look better than the originals. I love how they’ve kept the racing theme. And I like how Zamperla have built the spike in the same style as the old intamin track in the 00s!!
For a coaster nerd like me...ur videos are the freakin best
This is not going to touch the original dragster imo as dragster was my favorite coaster, but those people complaining abt this is crazy. A 420 ft spike that ur gonna travel at least 300 ft on is insane, and also the launch track is extended so your going to be going 120 mph for like 10 seconds which is going to be out of this world in the front row.
Ryan never fails to deliver.
I'm personally surprised that they went all the way to 420 feet on the spike, I was expecting something closer to 350 - 375 feet tall. I'm glad that it's a bit taller that I thought, though if you're going to match the height of the top hat, why not go another 40 feet to break the height record?
They can't go higher than 420ft because it would look ridiculous to have the train fall so short of the top. It can't possibly hit 420 either. It will likely only go up about 350' or so. They lkely choose 420 for symmetry reasons.
@@bearclaw5115 That's true, but they could have speed up the trains to maybe 120-130 mph on the backwards launch, then slow it back down to 120.
Bruh that screaming after you said peace scared the life out of my cat 😂😂😂 little man sat bolt upright on my bed like "WTF IS GOING ON"
ElToroRyan coming at us with the numbers 😎
TTD already had long wait times due to only a single train being run at a time, but the short ride time offset that. Now with an effectively 3 times longer ride time I'm worried the lines will be insane. Especially when it opens.
Good, then the lines can be shorter for everything else 😂
Could the magnetic launch get it up to speed in one launch or is that imposible?
I would love for you to do a video on the Fury 325 support beam crack situation!! It's my home park and almost nothing like that has ever happened there.
The video we didn’t want. The video we needed👍😎
I was just at the park yesterday and the 0-120 MPH in 4 seconds was what made it insane. This is a huge drop off in acceleration from what you are saying.
Kingda Ka is 0-128 in 3.5 seconds.
Great breakdown Ryan! We will all miss that powerful launch but I look forward to this new experience with the multi pass launch.
Can we just appreciate that this will by far be the fastest and tallest LSM launch coaster in the world? And itll slightly edge Superman Escape from Krypton as the fastest backward launch in the world!
Thank You
Wish there was an airtime hill during the launch
I'm sure like Dragster the restraints will not be friendly to larger guests (I know for safety there have to be limits as to how big a person is that can fit on the ride.). I never got to ride Dragster because of this but always enjoyed watching as my son got to ride. Looks like a lot of fun.
Is it possible the coaster could have a separate load offload platform in the station as the building looks long enough to accommodate 2 trains?
Hate the name. Stoked on the ride. I used to be a once or twice a season person. 80% of the time I was there dragster was down. The times it wasn't the line was hours long and often went down even then. I never had the chance to get on dragster. My kid and I are super excited to finally get to experience the height of the top hat even if the launch from dragster is gone, it will be nice to get some of the " heritage" from the old ride. I just wish the Zamperla leak never happened so the news felt like a bigger deal
