Hi, great footage, but please can you clarify how you are flying at night over the motorway like that and not in breach of CAA policies?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! As per the CAA rules, there are no extra rules as to if you can fly at night or not, however you should have a strobe light attached to the drone. This is so that the drone can be seen in line with the VLOS rule (visual line of sight). These can be purchased easily online. There are also no rules prohibiting flight over motorways, however caution is advised. I would suggest creating a plan before you fly somewhere at night, and make a note of any hazards in the area, such as power lines.

Hi there, it is actually possible to get permission to fly in this GeoZone by contacting the Wycombe Air Park team in advance of flying.

@@takeoffdrones Yes, I'm aware that in some instances you can get permission for a lot of zones, I only wanted to make aware that you were in the FRZ just in case you didn't know.
