That river is the Econlockhatchee River. ( E-con-lock-a-hatch-ee) Indian for River of many mounds. Watching your video it appears you are doing more road walks then necessary in this area. Probably do to your resupplying needs. Your NE of Orlando and due north of UCF. This has been my residential area since 1955. I actually walked and camped on these parts ( Old RR Fill & the Econ River ) of the FT way before it even became the FT. Your getting ready for some pavement walking between here and the Wekiva River Good resupply in Lake Mary , Publix for one.

I went to Alexander Springs two years ago. Had bought high quality snorkel gear and swam the springs. Wow! Amazing.

I always had trouble saying Oviedo too. Lots of folks mispronounce the high school I went to Dunedin..lol
