I made it 22 seconds with mouth and nose closed. That was fun! The first thing I did when I stopped was to exhale explosively. When we hold our breath, the main problem is not the lack of incoming oxygen, but the buildup of carbon-dioxide in the lungs-which is why the first thing someone who's been desperately holding his or her breath does is to exhale forcefully.

If you can figure out to hum 'inwards' instead of just outwards, (ie by sucking air in,) and then work out how to alternate between modes (so it's AC instead of just DC), you could hum with your mouth & nose closed until you black out...
Wouldn't say 'murder' (joking of course), but it is either another prank or something not thought through. A kid with high blood pressure (etc) would be advised not to try it. Over-pressurizing the sinus cavities in trying to out-compete your fellows is not the smartest thing.
You are a hero! Who else on, national television, would do something so simple and just pure fun like that?
I think I just blew my brains up
The air has to go somewhere.
Hum glad you asked.

Everyone loves a good hummer. ;)
This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast Deane. 😁
I made it 10 seconds by slowly filling my closed mouth with air. When I felt my inner ears getting pressure once my mouth was full, I stopped.
the moustache resonator is the trick!
I made a humming sound for up to 5-6 sec once. But the sound did not come from the general direction of my head...if you know what i mean.
Videos are still being uploaded? The only ones that came in my feed so far have been from 7-10 years ago

I'd be really impressed if you could do the Tibetan throat singing performed by Monks, which is actually continuous!
My eardrums have popped and my eyes are sticking out on stalks
I can do it for 10 seconds! You just have to slowly inflate your cheeks at the same time.
Humming increases nitric oxide production.
Proof? Eating animals for sure doesn't.
@@egidijus6973 Try google.
He is literally attempting to murder the whole class with this experiment.
