She fell from a horse and broke her nose, which led to a major surgery on her nose. She is an Egyptian celebrity named Houria Farghaly.

This is Horeya Farghaly, an Egyptian actress/celebrity, her story is truly gut wrenching!! She fell off her horse and the whole impact was on her nose only! It was absolutely damaged and the first life saving surgery had many complications and it wasn’t as much cosmetic it was mainly to save anything from it! This impacted her career and her mental health… specially because her life wasn’t easy on other aspects
Then she had a reconstructive surgery that appears not be so successful this one here is the last one of two reconstructive surgeries she had
She is literally so so beautiful you have no idea and the whole audience and her fans here in Egypt really wish to see her happy again, she has such a big heart and a smile that lights any room and she’s a very talented actress too.

A man's nasal bridge 🌉 has to have EXTRA full support because of the cheeks. The body is like a building. You cannot put female body parts in a males body because it will collapse/not work/not function correctly. You cannot put a car motor in a tractor trailer, etc, etc. Chiseling the nose collapsed the whole center of the face, PLUS there is also drug use involved hence the necrosis. Trust me, in the end all transexuals will break down, because they don't have original body parts.
Her nose was apparently so damaged from the fall that they had to use bone from her rib to reconstruct it. She probably had a lot of tissue loss too from that kind of trauma and just wants it to be functional with a minimal surgery as posssible. She’s still beautiful. People are so nasty.
She is sparkling and gorgeous after reconstruction, and she made me really think about how judgmental we all are about “botched surgery” when we don’t know anything about the person or their past.
She’s amazing for being confident to go on red carpets and I’m sure she did a lot of work on herself to feel at peace with people judging her.

Some people are being very superficial in the comments. Take into consideration that maybe she doesn’t want any surgery anymore. You can live a normal life even while having non conventionally attractive features.

She was a rising star in the world of soap (our soaps are quite different from yours, it's hard to explain but your soap is more like an opera our one is grounded in reality - best I can do). She featured in one of the most popular soaps in the UK. However, she began taking cocaine, possibly due to pressure of starting really young, but it ended up collapsing her nose after years of abuse.
The cocaine not only collapsed her nose but also eroded her columella, leading her to undergo multiple surgeries to fix it, and up to this day it still doesn't look right.
I am surprised that she fell off the horse and her nose was so severely damaged, but she didn't end up with a head or neck injury?? Just a question.

She fell off the horse and the horse fell on top of her and crushed her nose on the ground she was Miss Egypt and she was always known for her natural beauty and her acting skills and she has been on and off surgeries to rebuild her nose and unfortunately, they made it worse and she had many botched surgeries done on her nose until there was nothing left to work on she lost most of her nose and the producers don’t want to work with her anymore because they call her deformed, it is so unfortunate and sad because she’s such a talented actress and a very kind and talented and beautiful soul ❤

Her name is horeya farghaly, she was a pro equestrian and had competed professionally before her major accident when her horse panicked of sth on the ground (I don't remember exactly what it was) causing her to fall off it and then the horse actually fell down on her and hit her face, she has been in and out of surgeries for many years now to have her nose reconstructed so she can breathe and smell again, she also won miss Egypt 2002 and then went on to acting and she's played ever since some major roles regardless of her accident and still does.

This lady was and still is beautiful. Stop bullying me for something you don't know. She is a very beautiful woman and an actress. One day she was Miss Egypt. As fate would have it, she loved riding horses and had an accident where she spat from the horse.
she is an egyptian actress and before a horse rider and Mrs Egypt for 2002. She has tiny hump on her nose due to her falling from the horse but a director told her to fix her noe and she did it in england and he removed all the bone and cartlige which made her nose fall and in a les than a year Swedish doctor touched her nose again which should not have happened. Sadly that destroyed her nose even more coz she should have let it rest for a t least a year. She lived for many years with no olifactory senses and with a nasal voice, her acting career went down the drainage, she has been in pain and under went 28 surgeries and finally in USA a doctor has used parts of bone and skin from her face until she got this nose she has and now she is blessed with feeling the different smells and she can breathe, she is a very nice person.
Poor thing. Isn't there a nose prosthetic to help in situations like this?

@@jdelacruz1058 I think that was the case with Michael Jackson when he had had several surgeries on his nose. They'd taken out so much by that time. And too many of his capillaries in the area had been damaged from multiple surgeries which led to a loss of blood supply and eventually, necrosis and death of tissue.
When I first saw this thumbnail I was taken by how much she reminded me of Jackson. He had pale skin by then too, and the nose and face structure looked similar from this angle.

Dude Michael Jackson had deliberately destroyed his nose with his many surgeries and the rhinoplasties had nothing to do with his skin getting pale, and this actress had a horse fall accident, she didn’t do it to herself for any cosmetic reasons and this has been her skin ever since she started her career before the injury, I don’t know what type of Reddit conspiracy theories you’ve been reading lately but trust me bro none of what you are saying makes any sense about both of them 😅

The post that I replied to, I said that I AGREE WITH THEM that the problem was likely that Michael Jackson did not have enough skin and nasal tissue to work with - AFTER he had had several nose surgeries and too much tissue and skin had been lost due to that.
Now I know that in this actress' case, she had not had mutliple surgeries and this surgery was done to repair a very damaged nose after a horse fall.
But the same problem for both was likely a LACK of nasal tissue and skin. The reasons for this are different for each person. But the problem was likely the same, the reason I gave above, which resulted in similar looking noses.
I REPEAT: I know she suffered a horse fall. And that is why shr got this surgery. And that it resulted in this look, probably because the accident left her without enough healthy and good nasal tissue.
That was the case with Michael Jackson but for DIFFERENT REASONS. After several surgeries he no longer had enough healtgy nasal tissue.
Do you understand? Jackson got to point B by a different route to this actress. But they both wound up at point B which resulted in similar nose surgery results.
Their noses do look quite similar. Jackson however suffered an issue with failing capillaries which led to loss of blood supply and the death of tissue. So he passed point B and his nose tip turned black and died. He later wore a false nose tip to cover up the lost nose tissue.
REPEAT: Jackson passed point B and the nose surgery that made his nose look similar to hers. He ALSO suffered a collapsed nasal bridge LIKE THIS WOMAN. Different causes but same situation of a collapsed nasal bridge. Hence similar look to the nose. AT A CERTAIN POINT in his life.
BUT Jackson's nose deteriorated after this and LATER, he suffered necrosis and his nose tip died off. That was then covered up by a prosthetic synthetic nose tip to cover the hole.
Timely reminder that plastic surgery was originally invented to repair tissue which had suffered damage. It can be a vital, life-changing field of medicine.
Wow hope she gets the final surgery that she needs.
