FAT COOKIE RECIPE [ASMR]

- ● I haven't tried New York's Levain Bakery Cookies, so I can't replicate it in any way. but these cookies of mine are kinda similar to the ones I read about at that popular bakery. The gooey & chocolaty inside looks raw but definitely not and crunchy on the outside.

🛒Ingredients
• Softened Butter 112g [7.5tbsp]
• Light Brown Sugar 200g [1 cup]
• Granulated Sugar 150g [¾ cup]
• Cold Whole Eggs 2 pcs [56g ea]
• Vanilla Extract 1tsp [5ml]
• All Purpose Flour 200g [1-¼cups]
• Cake Flour 100g [¾ cup]
• Baking Powder 1-½tsp [7.5ml]
• Baking Soda 1tsp [5ml]
• Table Salt ½tsp [2.5ml]
• Roasted Walnuts 250g [2 cups]
• Dark Chocolate Chips 325g [2 cups]
