ADDICTIVE MINI COCONUT MACAROONS RECIPE

● Macaroons take their name from the Italian "Maccarone" meaning paste. Do not be confused with macarons, macaroons are craggy little mounds made from desiccated coconut or shredded coconut, this little treat is so addictive.

• Melted Butter 175g [13 tbsp]
• Granulated Sugar 100g [½ cup]
• 2 Whole Eggs
• Condensed Milk 130g [57g]
• All-Purpose Flour 100g [½ cup]
• Desiccated Coconut 256g [3 cups]
• Vanilla Extract 1tsp [5 ml]
• Baking Powder ½tsp [2.5 ml]
• Table Salt ½tsp [2.5 ml]
