I am planning to make them using Halloween fabric. I can give them filled with a little candy to quilting friends as a Halloween treat

Thank you for this very informative video tutorial. Saw this thread catcher at the Original Sewing & Quilt Expo in Atlanta, GA. at the EGA Dogwood Chapter Make-it Take-it table. One of the members emailed me this site. Can't wait to make some!

Nice project
Cute! You could also use it to hold potpourri.
Thanks for this idea, Brian :) Good one :)
I made about a dozen of the for a craft show a couple years ago. They worked up fast and turned out so stinking cute. I was so excited to display then in my booth. They. Just, sat, there. People just looked at them and asked what they were for. First of all, I knew someone would ask that question, so I made a little sign with an explanation. They still didn't understand. Smh.
I think these are only popular in the cross stitch and embroidery community lol there's not a lot of people who do that. Have you sold any at all?
@@daniofallarts none. I put them in my sewing room to be taken apart. Will use the fabric in crumb quilting mug rugs.
:(
May I ask what your price was?
@@francrouch9347 don't really remember, only a couple dollars , I think.
