These interviewers had the whole "you're so well spoken for a black guy with dreds from Inglewood" vibe... like "wow! You're smart enough to have your own LLC??!!" ... 🙄😒 news flash, yes there are black men in hip hop that are smart, educated, business savvy, calm, talented, and from the hood. Now drink some water you look thirsty.
the interviewers were bad and gave a certain vibe yes, but the LLC thing as he explained was because a lot of artists were getting ripped of (black and white ) which is true, so you always love to hear an artist talk about that he knows what's up. don't make this a race thing now

Just because you understand the words written does not mean you understand the feelings behind them or how this situation fits into the grand scheme of things and ultimately drips with the quintessential surprise and backhanded compliments a lot of educated *FULLY* black people experience from white people everyday. The fact you ain't catch the part when they said, "wow he's so gentle..." means you really dont get it. It's okay, you don't have to try and relate. Just stop trying to tell fully black people what we experience isn't what we experience. Regarding the LLC thing, it absolutely still fits, because there have always been artist that were not smart enough to have them and on the flip side there have always been artist that were smart enough to have them. The difference is nobody expects the black hip hop artists to be among those smart enough to have an LLC, because when they do, it comes as such a surprise.
Idk..I’m not irritated by this and I’m usually very observant of those types of things. i just love the fact that they are showing him love and praise. I mean I would to... look at him... look at how he carries himself... how he speaks... he deserves all that D riding they are doing🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
