I recently went to Dallas to attend the Airliners International 2023 convention. After attending last year's iteration in Chicago, I had a lot of fun and knew I had to make it to DFW for the 2023 show. This time, I was able to attend all three days as opposed to just one in Chicago. It was a great time overall and a pleasure to meet so many great people. I hope I'll be able to attend next year's show in Kansas City!

Knowing of your summer internship at the Rockford airport, your boss(es)were very gracious in allowing you time off at personal expense to make this Texas trek! With all your DartRail shutteling between Plano and DFW--you looked visibly tired on the final day--are we to assume you took DartRail back to Parker Rd on the final day, only to ride south the next day to catch your flight home? Mileage-wise, it would seem a tie between DartRail roundtrip x3 vs SWA ORD-DAL-ORD! :) I attended AI years ago when Houston hosted it--was at the Sheraton on JFK Blvd at IAH--for an extra fee( kinda steep by my standards) one could attend a banquet or go on a ramp tour--I settled for simply the ballroom collectibles set-up--my focus was on books and DVD's --Connor made for a great chauffeur--and the price was right! :) Let's see if AI can get a set-up at Rockford in the future! :) Can we expect footage of your flight home?
