Same, here is my comment of support as well.
Next week FSU and Clemson will be joining the Sun Belt then the following week it will be the Big East the following week and by the end they will both stay in the ACC.
Thats a side ways move, if that. Would be idiotic.
At bare minimum, they would improve their CFP odds (and payout) since the Big 12 would, at minimum, gain an extra AQ.
I imagine they’d still play SC and GA.
Big 12 would be a major downgrade for Clemson and FSU. Not even sure why they would consider it. Let Texas and OU ease into the SEC and let those two schools in in 5 or so years.
For the people that wanna take Georgia and Bama out of the convo…since 2000:

As an OU fanatical, I don't think anyone is thinking we are going to go in and dominate, however, there is a confidence that we're going to be better than what the big media heads assume.
The average Texas University limphorn fans on the other hand think they're going to win the Eternal Galactic CFB championship next year.

And 6 straight before those years. Riley was running the program in to the dirt and BV had to build it back up. OU dominated the big 12 through and through during their time in the conference. Theres no two ways about it.

I think all the sec lovers are missing the point in what others are saying. They're not saying the sec isnt the best conference (im not a sec fan but i think its for sure the best conference). People are just trying to say its not a gauntlet to go through. Yes the sec usually has the best team and their top 2 are usually 2 of the best in the whole country. But the rest of conference is usually just like every other conference. They have a few decent teams that can beat a top team on a good day and the rest are just bottom dwellers that base their whole season on hopefully beating their rival.

It was a short click bait clip of Teddy, he was responding to SEC fans saying that OU will suck, he then went on to talk about what Oklahoma needs to do to earn respect which he boiled down to win the damn games. Also Teddy is a hardnosed LB to his core and he always brings it, even in broadcasting which is always fun to watch.

@@anthonyruiz2420 Modern college football today, it was built 1980's to 2000's! The Florida schools led that. CFB went from a regional to a national sport over that period. Hence, tv money has gotten bigger because of it. The state of Florida with Miami, FSU and UF has done more for college football since 1980, than all of the state of Texas, California or any other state.
Someone should maybe remind ol Teddy the CFB expert or whatever title I'm sure he crowned himself with that the 2 times they briefly visited the playoff they were sent home by SEC teams red faced with their front running tails between their legs. First trip Georgia toyed around with them too long until they smacked them down and 2nd trip they were obliterated by my Tigers within 5 minutes and before first commercial timeout Jalen Hurts was dumbfounded and broken. The Sooners huh?? Yeah that's about right cuz more times Sooner rather than later they will be sitting with the rest of College Football fans watching someone from the SEC either holding the BCS Crystal Football or the CFB Playoff Trophy. If FSU went to the Big 12, everyone in the SEC and the B1G would laugh, and the fans would have to hide all evidence that they are FSU fans and would have to stay off the internet, forever. The 63-3 score would seem like a minor faux pas compared to FSU leaving the ACC and making the conscious decision to go to the Big 12.

ESPN & Disney are not going to renew their contract with the ACC after 2026-2027 season. The ACC is dead 💀. The Big 10 is waiting on Notre Dame, and will stop at 20 teams. The SEC might not take anyone. The Big 12 will take 4-6 teams, but some will be Basketball 🏀 only. There will only be 3 Power Conferences after 2027. The ACC won’t be one of them. 🏈🏈🏈
