Speaking as someone who's been away from the UK for 15 years, it was worth it just to hear Delroy say "That's all good bredrin". I don't hear that kind of language around these parts, and it cheered me right up. The rest was a bonus. Good work Delroy, as always. 😊
Seems like a top bloke to work for 👍🏼always good to have a patient master of a trade. It can knock someone’s confidence if you get a horrible bloke with no patience 👍🏼

I had been weeks installing steel trunking and conduits to switch drops. On our return to wire it all out, we found builders had cut many conduits away from the trunking as they said it was in their way. All they had to do was cut around it. So we had major extra work on our hands. Not good on a brand new installation.
They look like the lights from Screwfix delroy,I have just installed 22 of them 2 months ago and had 6 go faulty on me already ,think they have discontinued them now
Sorry. But I’m getting fed up of hearing how could someone do this. Why did the Builder do that. Look… people with lack of experience will do shit work. Case in point- when an Electrician wires up a device an it works doesn’t mean it’s been done correctly and by the same token, just because a Builder erects something and it’s stays up doesn’t mean it’s been built correctly. And lastly - this affects everyone. Doing a task without any consideration of any other trade, or anyone also constitutes to poor workmanship.

Think practical of electrical is straight forward, it’s physics or understanding of it that can be more challenging. Welcome back Delroy.

I had to clean a bathroom before i would work on the shower . It was foul. How people live like this beats me.
