Nataliya Olegovna Goncharova (Russian: Наталия Олеговна Гончарова, born 1 June 1989), from 2012 to 2016 Obmochaeva, is a Russian female volleyball player. She played for the Ukraine women's national volleyball team until 2010 when she became part of the Russia women's national volleyball team.

Goncharova was indeed a phenomenal player with superb attacking abilities and great athleticism when she is at her peak. I am not a hater of her, but sometimes truth will hurt some people's feelings. Sadly she is no longer playing at the level that she used to be due to her age. She is starting to show signs of decline in her body and it really affected her game in a bad way this year. She is definitely not the Goncharova that we used to see compared to her prime. And I am just stating facts right here.
